for mitre cuts requires precision and precious time.
Especially when working with a tilting blade.
Vanguard calculates the position of the
squaring fence stop for the measurement
and blade tilt angle that you select. No fuss.
The real time calculation is quick and easy.
Clear, easy-to-understand graphics and an
on-screen help window make the stop position
calculation easy, even for the less experienced
operator.
Other calculation functions guide the operator through
setting up the cuts for complicated shapes. Once again
the functions are quick and easy to use thereby reducing
set up times and preventing expensive errors. The control
will calculate any unknown dimensions and angles on the
basis of the measurements that you enter.

sliding table on each stroke. The use
of a latest generation linear guide eliminates friction in the movements of the
squaring frame. This unique solution
guarantees smooth, dust-free operation throughout the machine life-cycle.
Resistant to all stresses and loads
On circular saws, torsional stiffness and the complete
absence of vibration are the two main features needed to
guarantee the high quality cut finish specified by today’s
markets.
The closed structure and short blade arbor have made
this blade unit a favourite with hundreds of customers for
many years. The unit moves smoothly on vertical, round
steel bars and has a very efficient dust extraction system.

The digital displays, indicating the position of the squaring
fence and the worktable angle, provide precision readings
of the measurements reached. The angle indicators have
a magnetic strip sensor that cannot be effected by dust
thus maintaining their precision throughout the machine
life-cycle.
