Bull Bar – T1 Aluminium

A night on the town, cruising the open road, or indulging in a little recreational rough
stuff, the TJM T1 Bar is designed for today’s sophisticated vehicle. Manufactured from
high grade aluminium with fully welded construction, this ultra modern, classy, and
stylish bar replaces the original bumper, is suitable for mounting driving lights, and
always looks great. Where applicable, the bar is further enhanced by the installation
of Original Equipment fog lights.
NOTE: Bar also available without cut-outs for factory fitted fog lights
Bull Bar – T3 ‘Classique’
For the discerning buyer the TJM T3 ‘Classique’ offers a refined heavy duty 5mm
contoured replacement bumper bar with optional winch facility, featuring where
applicable unique injection moulded air and viewing slots; it is available in alloy
only. The bar is further enhanced by incorporating the O/E fog lights. The 76mm
formed upper tube neatly follows the bonnet line and attaches to the bumper
encompassing appealing bumperettes. Finished in polished alloy, or optional color
coding.
Bull Bar – T15 Aluminium
The astute purchaser will not go past the stylish, versatile, no compromise TJM T15
Bar – it has it all. Replacement channel for improved approach and departure angles,
large diameter raised centre section to accommodate driving lights and engineered
for installation of most low mount winches. The T15 aluminium bar is light weight
and ideal for use in corrosive environments. Additional ADR approved indicator and
park lights and attractive bumperettes enhance the bar. Driving light and aerial
mount are standard.

The astute purchaser will not go past the stylish, versatile, no compromise TJM T15
Bar – it has it all. Replacement channel for improved approach and departure angles,

mount are standard. Every bar is sand blasted, then pretreated with a zinc phosphate
to prevent rusting and then polyester powder coated in black.
Grille Guard – T16 Aluminium
The stylish and sporty T16 Grille Guard is manufactured from 76mm diameter
aluminium tube, is brightly polished, and fits neatly over the existing front bumper.
It includes provision for mounting driving lights.
NOTE: ON ALL BARS, DRIVING LIGHTS, WINCH, WINCH FRAME AND ROLLERS ARE OPTIONAL.
Roof Rack -
MAXIMUM DISTRIBUTED LOAD = 120KG
These fully welded, tried and proven TJM racks are available in steel or aluminium to
suit the Toyota Prado. The full length support rails are contoured to distribute load
evenly over the length of the roof gutter and are attached by TJM’s positive 2 way
stainless steel clamping system with strips for protection of the vehicles paintwork.
Steel racks, after phosphate washing, are finished in a black polyester powder coat,
while the lightweight corrosion free aluminium racks are finished in solatex powder
coat.
OPTIONAL: Mesh floor or Heavy Duty Open Ended Tradesman design available.

Side Step – Stylemaster II
TJM Stylemaster II Side Steps are manufactured from
anodised aluminium, are non-slip & include moulded
end caps. The steps are mounted to the vehicle sub-frame with black polyester
powder-coated steel mounts. Optional moulded splash guards are available.

Snorkel - Airtec
Four reasons why it’s important 4WD engines

cooler and cleaner air to the engine.
2. Because the air supply is drawn from roof level, dust is not as thick and plentiful

specifications on computer controlled coiling machines, then shot peened, load
tested and powder coated. Designed to provide a smooth comfortable ride when
the vehicle is unladen and improved stability and load carrying ability when the
vehicle is loaded. Choose from standard height, raised or extra heavy duty hi-lift

Series 2000 Accessories - PolyAir Springs
Coupled with Series 2000 springs and shock absorbers, the Polyair spring further
assists in solving suspension problems and greatly improves handling, ride height
and stability of your vehicle. A pressure increase of between 5 to 25psi will give a
load increase of between 10 to 60%.

Driving Lights
The lack of ideal lighting is one of the major elements of driver fatigue during night
driving. With optimum lighting on the road, the driver has an increased reaction
time should the ‘unexpected’ arise. TJM has an extensive range of award winning

Winches – Vehicle Recovery
TJM offer a range of winches including Ox (hydraulic)
and Warn (electric), to assist with vehicle recovery.
Most winches include wire rope, roller fairlead
guide, free spooling clutch, automatic brake, and remote control. TJM has a range
of winches with capacity from 3600kg (8,000lb) to 4500kg (10,000lb). TJM also
offers the TJM Tuff Pull Hand winch to complement the range of vehicle mounted
winch. Rated at 1600kg (lifting) and 2500kg (horizontal pulling) capacity, the Tuff
Pull Hand winch comes with 20 meters of cable.

Dual Battery Systems
The TJM IBS Management System, using state-of-the-art voltage sensing electronics,
is used to connect both batteries in parallel to double the capacity for high current
draw applications such as: Electric Winches, Jump Starting and 240v Convertors.
Generally used with “STARTER” type batteries.
