Efficient dedusting is of great commercial significance – particularly for in-process manufacturing – as it is an important element in satisfying GMP guidelines, and allows tablets to be
processed further without complications. The
absolute reliability of the dedusting process
plays a crucial role here, as does the possibility
of validating it.
In addition to these basic
requirements of dedusting
units, at FETTE we have formulated others that are optimally satisfied by the vertical
de-duster: additional benefits
in the form of deburring and
vertical transport, supplementary functions such as
the Metalcheck or WiP, further properties like
dust-proofing and suitability for containment.
Care about health is complex. Tableting technology
is our contribution. FETTE COMPACTING.
Extremely gentle product handling and low space
requirements are yet further features.The vertical
de-duster can, of course, also be flexibly adapted
to any type of machine, is easily operated, and is
simple to clean to GMP standards. Vertical dedusters from FETTE are so reliable that they practically satisfy the "install and forget" principle.
