The absolute reliability of the dedusting process plays a crucial role here, as does the possibility of validating it. In addition to these basic requirements of dedusting units, at FETTE we have formulated others that are optimally satisfied by the vertical de-duster: additional benefits in the form of deburring and vertical transport, supplementary functions such as the Metalcheck or WiP, further properties like dust-proofing and suitability for containment. Extremely gentle product handling and low space requirements are yet further features.The vertical de-duster can, of course, also be flexibly adapted to any type of machine, is easily operated, and is simple to clean to GMP standards. Vertical dedusters from FETTE are so reliable that they practically satisfy the "install and forget" principle. 3 Functional principle, structure and performance – Vertical deduster Extremely reliable
