Completion of the booking form and a deposit are required to secure the room and the date nominated. Deposit: A deposit of $500.00 is required when the booking is made. The balance of monies owing of the total cost of the event is to be settled and paid within seven days of the function. Cancellations: Cancellations of a function must be made in writing, the deposit is only refundable if notice of no less then 60 days is given. Decorations: The club can provide options for decorations including chair covers, backdrops and flowers etc.-all priced on application. Clients are welcome to provide and lay their table centrepieces. The fixing method of any decorations needs to be approved by the Function Coordinator prior to the commencement of the function. Confetti, Rice, table scatters and other like decorations are not permitted to be used in the club or any part of the grounds. The hirer at the completion of the function must remove all decorations brought into the function or charges shall apply. Our caterers will endeavour to match you requested colour of napkins cannot accept responsibility if the colour is not exact. Guaranteed numbers: An approximate number of guests is required one month prior to the event. A guaranteed maximum number of guests attending the event is required at no later than one week prior to the event. Charges will be based on the number of people attending the function or the guaranteed number (whichever is the greater). Prices: Circumstances beyond our control may result in price rises prior to the date, however for deposits and written confirmations no increase will be applicable. Damages: Clients are financially responsible for any damages sustained to Moruya Golf Club and its contents, property owned or in the care of the golf club by the client, clients guests and invitees or anyone attending the function. Responsibilities: Whilst our staff will exercise all due care, the Moruya Golf Club will accept no liability for loss or damage to any property owned by its clients, or their participants, contractors or employees. Moruya golf club does not allow any food (except for celebratory cakes) or beverages to be brought on to the premises. Holiday Seasons: A surcharge may incur if your booking falls on a long weekend, school holidays or a Sunday. Communication: Only one person is to organise and liase with our Function Coordinator from booking until the completion of the wedding. Only the nominated person will be able to make any changes, this will insure our Function Coordinator is aware of the decisions. This ensures your function runs smoothly, otherwise the discretion of our function Coordinator and or staff will be final. Upon Entry of Registered Club: All guests must provide identification upon entry of the club and sign the club’s guest register. Guests residing within 5klm of the club must be signed in by a member.
