SCOPE OF WORK/ TECHNICAL PROPOSAL
Sindh Bank Limited (SNDB) requires Provision ofJanitorial & Sign Board Cleaning Services
and cleaning of Branches' sign board with all material for is Head Office,226 already in
operation and 24 upcoming branches in year 2Ql5 including all branches being added io the
subsequent years in countrywide regions.
Contract agreement will be extendcd / renewed upto 3 years on mutual understanding on lO%
yearly increase (in monthly salary of the janitorial staff & in cost of material including service
charges).
The Deployment of Janitorial staff are required to be placed within one month of award of
contract in 226 branches including Head Office, Karachi in country wide regions (List of
Branches are attached as Annexure "J"). Ifthe complete assignment will not be provided at the
designated branches with the above mentioned given period, the vendor will be fined Rs.500/per branch per day.
The tender
will stand cancelled, ifthe 100% ofthe janitorial staffare not dep)oyed after 45 days
of issue ofwork order.
Deployment ofJanitonal Staff in upcoming 24 branches will be intimated l0 days prior to the
opening of branches & the vendor will be required to deploy the janitorial staff 5 days prior to
the opening of branches, A fine of Rs.500/- per day will be levied for failure ro deploy after fte
date ofopening of the branches.

Thorough Monthly Cleaning of all signboards in country wide region of the
branches with requisite cleaning material/chemical (viper along with required
length of sections) sufficient e no u8h to reach the heiSht of the sign boa rd.

Cleaning of signboards also on need basis prior to com pletion of one month period
as per the demand of the branch.

Any damage to the signboard during cleaning process will be the liability of the
