For Young Children Ages 20 mos -4 yrs
Art Together and Art & Play Separation classes are
offered June 29 - August 21. Oyster Bay classes are
during the same time as older kid camps with flexible
sign-up to suit your schedule! Call for sibling or
multiple class discounts. PLEASE SEE OUR WEBSITE
OR SUMMER FLYER for location schedules.
Art Together
Ages 20 mos - 4 yrs, with adult, 1 hour
$208/8 weeks, prorated as needed
Offered in Huntington, Oyster Bay, and Plainview
A nurturing and inspring introduction to art materials
for children and caregivers alike! Little ones explore
paints, glue, collage, sculpture, building, and craft
doughs to their heart’s content, while adults are
encouraged to take an observant but gently “handsoff” approach to artwork, allowing children to
create in their own style. Each 1-hour class includes,
creative play, a hello song, easel painting, weekly
project, and a goodbye song. Simple routines are
introduced as children are ready. We emphasize
process over product, and getting messy is a big
part of the fun, so please dress accordingly!
Art & Play Separation
Ages 2.5 - 3.5 yrs, with adult to start, 2 hours
$288/8 weeks, prorated as needed
Offered in Oyster Bay
A loving and supportive art class for children and
families! that helps to develop independence, selfesteem, self-expression, and socialization with
other children and adults. Routines and activities
are similar to Art Together, but expanded to 2 hours
to include snack (provided by family) and story
time. As children feel comfortable, we encourage
adults to leave the classroom, with the expectation
that they will be able to leave for the entire time by
the session’s end. Because every child separates in
their own way and time, classroom experiences are
individualized to meet each family’s specific needs.
Children may be enrolled in more than one day per
week.
