We look forward to hearing from you! If all the walls are not required, individual walls can be rented at a cost of $22.00 per 20 ft. wall section. All of the following prices are based on a 4 day rental including the pick up and return dates. For example, pick up the tent on Friday and return on Monday. For each additional day a fee of 15% of the tent rental rate will be charged. This will apply to any tent being picked up early or returned late. In an event where a tent is required for seven or more days, the tent MUST be returned to us NO LATER than 12:00 noon on Thursday. If it is not returned to us by this time, you will be charged for an additional weekend (4 day rate). No All-Purpose Canopy can be picked up without a valid credit card number on file. All-Purpose Canopy pricing is based on Customer pick-up/drop off. Please add $49.00 for delivery as well as $49.00 for pick up if this service is required. It remains the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the tent is dismantled and properly bagged when the tent is picked up or additional charges will apply. Over thirty years and thousands of memorable events later, we continue to be Edmonton’s largest supplier of party and festival tents. In 1988, we moved to our present location at 17412 – 108 Avenue and we’re proud to say that we are still 100% Edmonton owned. Big Top has played a special role in countless traditional family celebrations – weddings, anniversaries, bar mitzvahs – and has had extensive involvement in numerous corporate and sporting events as well as festivals and concerts. To ensure that we are bringing you the most up to date and safest products available, our staff attend seminars and conventions on an ongoing basis in order to keep up with the latest trends in event planning. We invite you to call or drop by our showroom so we can start working together on your next event. 14 Payment Policy: A 50% deposit and a valid credit card is required to confirm an order. Any remaining balance is due in full on the date of installation or pick up. Cancellation Policy: Any deposit will be refunded in full with the exception of a $50.00 administration fee, provided we have received cancellation notice in writing at least 45 days prior to the installation or pick up date. Deposits are non-refundable within 45 days of the installation or pick up date. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required on all orders either in the form of a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) imprint or cash deposit (determined by management on value of order). Notes: Damage Waiver: We offer our customers an optional damage waiver on every order. The damage waiver is 10% of the entire order and covers the first $100.00 of accidental breakage and 50% thereafter. The damage waiver does not apply to lost items or damages due to negligence. Additional charges will be levied if articles are to be carted up or down stairs, on elevators or more than minimal distances. This policy applies to all rental equipment including tents. On any order where Big Top Tent Rentals Ltd. is not installing a tent, an additional charge will apply of $49.00 for delivery and $49.00 for pick up where required. Out of town deliveries are subject to mileage charges. After Hours Delivery/Pick up: Additional charges may apply when delivery or pick up is required outside of normal business hours. - Asphalt charges do not include plugging holes. If you require holes plugged, this can be done at a charge of $3.50 per hole. - Tent prices are in effect from April 1 to October 31.
