Seiko 1.74 MX lenses are created using Seiko’s patented and proven MX low-base aspheric design
technology. This technology eliminates the three primary aberrations in lenses–power error, marginal
astigmatism and distortion.
Seiko 1.74 Super MV lenses take advantage of the latest in free-form lens technology to create the highest
standard in terms of optical performance, thinness, lightness and comfort. The double aspheric low
base curve design provides compensation on the back surface for both spherical and cylindrical powers
improving peripheral vision throughout the entire lens.
