Experiences
:
We still think it is brilliant
to be able to pitch camp
in 1 minute – and lie 30
centimetres above the ground
in a trailer tent. Thus, the idea
behind a Combi Camp has not
changed since 1972 – only the
design.
Being on holiday is about
spontaneity, freedom and
simplicity.
In a time where vehicles and
equipment are becoming
bigger and bigger and more
and more complex – we still

driveway.
Why choose between outdoor
experiences and comfort
– when both are possible?

Many experiences begin where the gravel road begins;
where there are stones in the road and the puddles grow
larger. It is not just a coincidence that Combi Camp is the
preferred tent trailer of Icelanders – it can handle going
on adventures and it does not get blown off the road.
Driving is not just a question of the number of kilometres
– it is basically also a matter of being able to drive where
you want to. Driving yourself – is freedom. The idea is
that you should be able to do just as much with your
Combi Camp as you can with the car.
All cars can pull a Combi Camp, and large amounts of
fuel are saved by not having to pull against great wind
resistance.
» I am hungry «
Let us admit it right now: Food is an essential part of a
holiday – and the only difference between children and
adults is that children find it difficult to wait the
50 kilometres it takes to find a place to eat.
A sandwich, a cold jug of juice or a good cheese sandwich
can do wonders - regardless of how old you are. You can
use the kitchen when you are waiting on the ferry or if you
park in a lay-by. The food is ready and available in the
drawers and in the fridge.
A waterfall, a cold lunch and then an afternoon nap?
The idea of the holiday is that the decision is yours.
In a Combi Camp, you are always only one stop away
from a freshly-made omelette or a freshly brewed cup of
coffee.
The kitchen in a Combi Camp is very sturdy and it has a
good working height. The children can sit at the table and
see the food being prepared.
No poles and no tent pegs. Asphalt, rocky ground, gravel - you
can put up your Combi-Camp practically anywhere. You are
always raised above damp and cold ground below. The solid
floor ensures that you can climb up into the dry. The integrated
poles allow you to set up camp anywhere without assembling a
single pole.
Solid base:
Air:
The word “air” actually says
everything there is to say
about a holiday. Out, away and
loads of time. But air is also
the countryside, the sounds,
the changes of the day and the
awakening of the senses on a
holiday. This is why we love the
tent: The night, the wind, the
birds and the sound of running
water are all part of it.
The tent canvas on a Combi
Camp is made of 100% cotton.
The cotton we use is produced
with the greatest possible consideration for the environment
and carries the Oeko-tex label.
The cotton is strong enough
to withstand a water-column
pressure of at least 3000 mm.
Oxygen and air through the
tent canvas without letting
in the cold, the heat and the
rain. The tent protects without
condensation occurring.
You will experience that the
climate in the tent is cool, that
the light is softly filtered and
comfortable.
»
The pure cotton allows the tent to breathe.
You will experience how the climate inside the
tent is cool How the light disperses softly
and pleasantly How no condensation occurs.
«
The tent is breathing - and so DO you.
