This group will automatically reset and roll over each month. Feel free to stay on the board for as long or as little as you would like. This challenge is purely for encouraging healthy, fun competition and to help encourage Ketchikan to get moving. No prizes will be awarded for finishing atop the leaderboard. This class concentrates on the use of the body in the method of self defense, in which it has gained the ultimate use of its facilities through intensive physical and mental training.
