From Clun take the B4368 towards Newcastle. At Newcastle take

DETAILED PARTICULARS OF 106.57 ACRES (or thereabouts) of
PASTURE LAND AT CURNEY BANK, NEWCASTLE,
SHROPSHIRE
LOT 1 – 55.94 acres (or thereabouts)
Lot 1 is accessed via a gate and lane directly off the main B4368
opposite Weals Farm. There is also an access gate at the southern
point of Lot 1, also adjoining the main road. If the land is sold in two
lots the successful purchaser of Lot 1 would need to erect a fence
above the track as shown on the attached plan to split Lot 1 and Lot
2.
Lot 1 amounts to 55.94 acres of sloping pasture land leading up to
some level pasture land on the top. Soil type is of the Wenallt series
being reddish loamy soil with a peaty surface. The land has a good
natural water supply with a spring and water tank available. There is
a water supply retained off the land by the owners of Weals Farm.
The land will hold a good number of stock and has good boundary
fences. There are some shady wooded areas to the southern end of
Lot 1.
LOT 2 – 50.63 acres (or thereabouts)
Lot 2 is accessed off a by-road near the main road via a gateway by
the building. Lot 2 contains a two bay corrugated iron lean-to
building ideal for sheep handling and storage.
The land amounts to 50.63 acres and is accessed up a stone track
with some steeper land rising up to some fine top land. There are
several natural rising springs and water tanks for livestock. The
boundary fences are good and this land again will hold a good
number of livestock with some shady areas on the western
boundary.
