Strain a sight wire close to the ground and lay your Jio posts at predetermined spacings by ‘stepping out’ along the fence line. Drive in your Jio fence posts. Drive in your Jio Stars and Jio MaxY’s with a Star post driver or Thumpa® pneumatic post driver. 3 Strain fence wire and attach clips. Strain the fence wire along the fence line until correct tension is achieved.Then fix the wire to the post using Jio fence post clips. CLIPS Faster, more convenient installation with the Jio fence post clips. No need to use staples to attach your wire to timber posts. 1 2 Place the clip in your palm to distinguish the short and long legs of the clip. 4 Hold clip vertically against wire with long leg on top and short leg on bottom. Roll clip 90˚ to the right, ensuring wire falls into the big loop at end of the clip. 5 Pop the short leg into the top hole on the left side of the post stalk. Pull the long leg over to the right side of the post stalk and push downwards into the bottom hole until you hear a reassuring click. 3 Twist a further 90˚ to the right to ensure that the long leg is now on the bottom and short leg on top. 6 The clip is now in place.
