1. Discount applies to time, mileage and all mandatory insurance and waivers that may be included in the base rate charge.
2. Discount does not apply to any additional surcharges, location service charge, taxes and any optional extras, including but not limited to excess waiver (Super Cover), Personal accident insurance (PAI),
snow chains/tyres, child seats, one-way charges, and GPS, etc.
3. When booking, pre-paid rates are quoted in home currencies (e.g. Sterling when booking from UK), non-prepaid rates will be quoted in the local currency.

Who should I notify?
A: Please contact your MasterCard representative or email premium_clubs@mastercard.com
Q:We have a Cardholder who registered for one of the MasterCard Premium Clubs but has not received any
notification from the Club Partner that his/her membership is active.
What should we do?
A: Check that the cardholder has contacted Hertz Gold Plus Rewards and Avis Preferred Club Customer Services,
directly first. Cardholder registrations are usually active immediately, and cardholders should receive an
immediate email from the Club Partner confirming their enrolment. If this has not resolved the issue, then please
contact your MasterCard representative who will escalate to the MasterCard Premium Clubs team.

ne of our Cardholders has a query or complaint about the service they received from one of the Club Partners.
A: Cardholders should always contact Hertz Gold Plus Rewards and Avis Preferred Club directly in the first instance,

Q: What are Premium Clubs?
A: Premium Clubs are included in World Elite Privileges. Unlike the other Privileges which can be promoted and
accessed by cardholders immediately, Premium Clubs must be set up with unique Issuer weblinks and/or
promotion codes. Premium Clubs for World Elite MasterCard in Europe are:
•Avis Preferred Club – 3 years recurring membership
•Hertz Gold Plus Rewards – 4 years recurring membership
Premium Clubs require a unique weblink and/or promotion code for each Issuer. Cardholders are required to
register/enrol at the unique weblinks to access the Club benefits. To find out more about Premium Clubs, please
ask your MasterCard representative for the MasterCard Premium Clubs Europe Issuer FAQs. If you would like
to implement Premium Clubs access for your World Elite MasterCard cardholders, please ask your MasterCard
representative to complete a Premium Clubs Registration Form to request your unique Issuer weblink for Club

World Elite Privileges FAQs
Q: C
an MasterCard Concierge Service providers make bookings on behalf of World Elite MasterCard cardholders?
A: Yes. Concierge can make hotel reservations, car hire reservations etc. on behalf of World Elite MasterCard
cardholders. World Elite MasterCard cardholders may have to provide Concierge with details of their credit card number and/ or Premium Clubs membership number.
Q: Can Issuers find out how many of their cardholders have used the Privileges benefits?
A: No. To make it easy for World Elite MasterCard cardholders to access the Privileges benefits immediately,
MasterCard and Privileges partners have provided generic World Elite offer websites. It is therefore not possible
for Privileges partners to report on cardholder take-up by individual Issuer.
Q:Will MasterCard share any personal cardholder information with World Elite Privileges or Premium
Club partners?
A: No. MasterCard does not request or store personal cardholder information. Cardholders may be required to
provide their World Elite MasterCard credit card details directly to Privileges and Premium Club partners to
access the benefits. All Privileges and Premium Club partners are legally bound by strict data and security
policies and are subject to rigorous monitoring by MasterCard. Cardholders have all usual data protection rights
and may set their own security and information communications levels with each Privileges or Premium Club
partner (i.e. opt out of receiving e-newsletters from individual partners).
IMPORTANT NOTE: By registering for a Premium Club or accessing special benefits from Privileges partners,
