Complex Management Committee
Notice of Concern
Date:31/10/2016
Raised by: Phil Arthur, AWA WASA Delegate
Details of concern:
At a previous Complex Management Committee meeting I advised of a tree that was starting to block off
adequate vision at the T- intersection where Jules Steiner drive the road to/from and Archery WA and
Bowhunters meet. This was a concern from myself as part of the committee and not from either of the two
leases that it affects the most.
The main issue is when exiting onto Jules Steiner drive. The vision to the left is impeded by regrowth of
what looks like a specie of Banksia.
Photos looking to the left exiting Archery WA and Bowhunters driveway.
On Jules Steiner driveway looking towards entrance to Archery WA and Bowhunters entrance.
From the above photos it is clear to see that traffic is hard to see when exiting from Archery WA and the
Bowhunter exit. Can we please make enquiries for obtaining authorisation for the removal or significant
pruning of this vegetation to ensure the safety of all users that may access this area.
Yours sincerely,
Phil Arthur
