With a mix of big choruses and rhythms, Curtis attempts to bring the radio–friendly and inspiring sounds of U2 and Counting Crows and the rhythmic jazz–folk of John Mayer and Jason Mraz into his songs. Shotgun Honeymoon www.shotgunhoneymoon.com – Since relocating permanently to Los Angeles from Florida, Shotgun Honeymoon’s shows have grown in grandeur and attendance. His music has gone from rehashing covers to personal stories of triumph, tribulations and love. Ernie Halter www.erniehalter.com – Ernie Halter is a soul– infused pop singer/songwriter, a guy who's been influenced as much by the Lennon/McCartney as he has by Otis Redding. A veritable road warrior, Halter has toured 30 states in the last 12 months. Gaby Moreno www.myspace.com/gabymoreno – Gaby Moreno, a soulful songwriter, is a transplant from Guatemala. Most recently, she made history as the first Latin category winner to take home the "Maxell Song of the Year" Award for her song "Escondidos”. Gaby Moreno has a melodic sound that appeals to the masses, but her Guatemalan roots will always endear her to South American fans. Shannon Hurley www.shannonhurley.com – Recently named one of Rolling Stone’s top 25 artists on MySpace, singer– songwriter Shannon Hurley is making good on their word. Shannon is a sought–after session musician and spent 2005 touring with Universal Motown artist Brie Larson. She has opened for Jesse McCartney, Gwen Stefani, The Black–Eyed Peas, and Gavin DeGraw.
