Lash MD Chief Medical Officer Caris Diagnostics Diagnostic Summary Report Diagnostic Summary Report The Caris Dx Diagnostic Summary Report is a quarterly summary of diagnoses rendered on patients treated at your surgery center along with those from the Caris Dx national database. The report details both numbers and percentages of major GI diseases, such as Barrett’s Esophagus (with and without dysplasia) and subtypes of colonic polyps. Clinicians have found this report useful for quality tracking as required by accrediting agencies such as AAAHC and have used these data when working with managed care providers. In addition, this report may be helpful in communication with referring physicians. 1 The Diagnostic Summary Report will be delivered to each client quarterly 2 Low percentage due to more definitive diagnoses rendered by our expert GI pathologists 3 High percentage of Unremarkable/Normal diagnoses due to our confidence in calling normal ‘Normal’ Actual size of report is 8.5” x 11” – See reverse for Page 2 example Diagnostic Summary Report 4 Compare your center’s diagnostic mix to our Caris Dx national database 5 Adenoma subtypes are distinguished and include the more recently recognized sessile serrated adenomas w w w. c a r i s d x . co m { 800.979.8292 ©2007 Caris Diagnostics, Inc.
