THE DEVELOPMENT
The Ram Quarter is located in the grounds of
the old Young’s Brewery, the site of Britain’s
oldest brewery. The 3 phases of the mixed use
development are due to offer over 650
apartments across 7.7 acres with the River
Wandle flowing through the scheme. The
development
will
comprise
residential
apartments ranging from studios to 4 bed
duplexes, nearly 100,000 sq ft of retail, river
views and private residents gardens.
The scheme will comprise mix of new build and
sympathetic conversion of the listed / heritage
brewery buildings. The development will also
feature a brewery museum and a micro brewery
on site.
TRANSPORT LINKS
Located just off Wandsworth High Street, The Ram Quarter is incredibly well connected. Trains run
direct to Waterloo in minutes, the river bus speeds to the City and buses run day and night. For
those heading out of town, Heathrow, Gatwick and London City airport are all less than an hour
away.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
1. £2,000 is payable on reservation or upon exchange of contracts at the exhibition.
2. The balance of 10% deposit is payable 21 days from reservation or exchange of contracts at
the exhibition.
3. A further 10% payment in the form of a construction sum is payable 1 year after exchange of
contracts
4. The remaining balance of 80% is payable on completion of the property.

B. A current utility bill or bank statement showing name and home address no older than 3
months
