My tips on initiating a culture of wellness
 You create the culture of wellness. Your excitement is contagious.
 Find champions who are passionate about health and add them to your team.
 Go to them! Don’t be under the illusion they will come to you.
 It has to be fun! People attend events they enjoy!
 Promote your Wellness Program! Don’t just communicate your Wellness Program.
 Assume you will never have a budget and take action from there.
