• Complete a series of special performance tests to fully evaluate your machine’s
hydraulic system. We’ll check and measure cycle times, and drift rates. We’ll
compare the results against new machine specifications.
• Test and adjust machine’s main relief.
• Verify engine RPM and calibrate the machine’s throttle control.
That’s right! Bring your complete CAT Cylinder groups, including
cylinder assembly, head and piston, to your nearest Milton CAT location.
We will disassemble the group, inspect, hone and reseal each cylinder
and deduct $100 off our regular guaranteed low prices on every 2nd
hydraulic cylinder that is repaired.
• Test and adjust all line reliefs – bucket circuit (open/close), stick circuit (in/out),
boom circuit (up/down), swing cross port (left and right), travel cross-port reliefs
(left and right).
• Hydraulic oil sample with interpretation. Includes a particle count, wear metal
and infrared analysis that assist in evaluating the wear levels of the machine’s
hydraulic system components.
