Pat is a 22 year veteran of the Fargo Police Department where he has served in a variety of roles in field services, training,
investigations and special operations. He is currently the Investigations Division Commander and a former commander of RRV SWAT.
A self-described “blue” color cop, his favorite assignments were his years walking the “beat” downtown and his time as a narcotics
investigator with his K-9 partner Reno. Pat and his wife, Kim, who is also a police officer, are empty nesters who love to spend time at
the lake and traveling (more often than not in the company of HER cat, Rascal). Their travels often take them around the US and a few
out of the country trips to the Caribbean, Greece and Mexico (with plans for more locations in the future). They find time to visit their
son Brian and his boyfriend, Shaka in Minneapolis and their daughter Jill, son-in-law Ben and granddaughter Lily outside Detroit, MI.
Pat’s motto is “It’s all about making a memory” and believes each day is an opportunity to do just that.

Jenny is responsible for securing sponsorships for all HBA of F-M events and advertisers for its two major publications, the
Membership Directory & Buyer’s Guide and Plains Builder magazine. She also assists in the development and production of the
publications. She administers the HBA of F-M’s charitable arm, Home Builders Care Foundation, where she is able to help award
scholarships to students interested in construction and work on projects like the Home Builders Care Build for Habitat. Having
moved every couple years while growing up, Jenny has found her place. She moved to the Fargo area in 2007 to be closer to her
family and has loved it every moment. Jenny enjoys live music (especially 32 Below), snow shoeing in the long winter months,

Sedi directs all aspects of hotel operations for the Hilton Garden Inn. A new resident to the Fargo Moorhead area, Sedi most
recently lived in Norman, Oklahoma, employed at the Director of Operations for the Embassy Suites Hotel and Convention
Center since 2008. His biggest motivation for moving to the area was the amount of family he has that are located in Minnesota
and parents in Iowa. Although never intending to end up this far north, he is happy to reside in this great community. In his free
time, Sedi enjoys golfing, reading, grilling, boating, playing sports of any kind, and more golfing. Sedi has a younger brother who

Stephanie is a member of the ARTEKTA Architects team. Stephanie is their Business Mangers, she works closely with the firms’ principals in

small business family, raised with a strong sense of community, family and pride. She married her husband Jeffrey Ketterl in the spring of

Calie’s duties as a Credit Officer primarily involve analyzing financial statements and provide financing for commercial banking clients. I work
close with business bankers and help maintain business banking relationships. We work with a vast number of clients to finance their
businesses and help them to succeed. The best thing about my job is meeting new people, learning about different businesses and industries
on many different levels, and interacting with customers on a daily basis. If I really had a choice, my 3 top careers would be: #1) A Comedian,
#2) A Chef, #3) Lead Singer of a Rock Band or play on the LPGA tour (#3 is a toss up).
I am originally from the small town of Cooperstown, ND and have been a resident of Fargo ever since attending NDSU in 1995. I currently live
in Osgood with my husband Jason, my stepdaughter, Hailey (13), son Jack (2), and daughter Lexi (1). We are BUSY BUSY with those ages and
love every minute of it! I think I am considered the neighborhood party planner, as we enjoy entertaining and spending time with other
families. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends at the lakes in the summer, doing lots of travel, riding motorcycle with my
husband, golfing, and many outdoor activities with my kids.

restoration of the Utah State Capitol Building as well as the ARIA Resort and Casino at City Center in Las Vegas, Todd decided that it was time

make Susie’s life full of love and rewarding. In Susie’s free time she likes to do DIY projects around the house. Her husband Mike
who works at Sign Pro in West Fargo does not always appreciate this hobby since it often means projects for him as well. Susie

Investigations, K-9 program, and recruitment/hiring. As the Investigative Division Commander he directly supervises a division responsible for
investigating all felony level crime. Away from work Brad enjoys outdoor activities such as golfing and hunting. He especially enjoys vacations
with family and friends with beautiful scenery and water such as houseboat trips to Voyageur’s National Park and visiting the beaches of
