Coloring Tips
1. Find a nice spot.
Maybe outdoors, where the sun shines, or at home, with a cup of tea.
You can even do it at work on your break.
2. Get your color pencils out.
The ones with soft leads work great.
3. Pick your colors.
Red = energy, love. Exciting and stimulating color.
Orange = health, happiness, youth, joy. It can invigorate you when you are feeling low.
Yellow = cheer, warmth, energy, optimism.
Green = balance, harmony. Soothing, restful.
Light blue = tranquility. Promotes mental health.
Indigo = calm, faith, stable.
Violet/purple = Strength, peace and wisdom. Mysterious, creative.
4.Put some beautiful music on.
You can simply go on YouTube and find big collections of music by Mozart, Tchaikovsky, and Vivaldi.
5.Really, just let yourself be. Enjoy :)
This is your time and place to relax and have fun.

- To prevent a bleed-through, place a piece of scrap paper underneath your coloring page.
