When I walked into his apartment my eyes started watering from the strong smell, and I immediately got sick to my stomach. I tried to be polite and not show any signs of disgust; I even pretended that I had to get something from my car and went outside to lose my lunch in the flower bed, but my attempts were in vain, and I eventually had to just go home rather than finishing the date. Guess that night, our relationship, was just not meant to be.
