Dear Family and Friends of St. Gabriel,
Welcome to the 18th Annual Benefit Dinner Auction. We hope that you find this
to be a wonderful evening of socializing with friends, but most importantly an
opportunity to support St. Gabriel the Archangel School. Many hours of preparation
have gone into making this evening an exciting one and we are pleased that you have
chosen to be a part of it. As in past auctions, an incredible amount of support has
been shown, as you will see in the items offered this evening. It is through our loyal
sponsors that St. Gabriel School is able to strengthen the educational programs.
The goal of our faculty is to provide the best education for our students. We are
grateful to everyone for the generosity shown at last year’s auction for making our
technology wish come true. We upgraded our technology needs by purchasing 60 new
computers and a few interactive boards to help our students excel in their education.
We still have some technology needs such as a new server, more bandwidth, and a few
other items. The proceeds from the “Diamonds & Denim” auction will help to make
that dream come true as well as cover some other projects of the school.
I want to thank everyone who took part in making the “Diamonds & Denim” what it
is tonight. May you each be blessed for all that you do for the children of St. Gabriel
the Archangel School.
Sincerely,
Ann M. Davis
Principal

Thank You
Dear Families, Parishioners and Friends of St. Gabriel School:
It is our pleasure to welcome you to the St. Gabriel 18th Annual Benefit Auction! We would like to
thank those that helped us plan, promote and produce this event. We are especially grateful to the large
team of Auction Committee volunteers, who have donated their time and talents to make this happen.
We also need to thank our donors, bidders, underwriters (and babysitters!) who are the heart of our
community. We come together tonight to raise money for the children of St. Gabriel School.
Each year, the money the PFA raises at the auction helps offset the rising costs of quality education.
Together with the help of the SGAA, we were able to update all the computers in the school. It is truly
amazing what we can do when we all work together for a common goal.
Please take the time to read through all the names listed below and on our “Special Thanks” page.
We extend our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all of you that make this event a success.
Please enjoy all aspects of the evening. Remember to bid generously and often for the sake of our children.
