Luren Precision Co., Ltd is a cutter maker with
abundant experience in the Gear cutting tools &
grinding machine industry, LHG CNC HOB
SHARPENING MACHINE is designed and
manufactured with the latest technology base on
CNC controller combine with personal computer
and using Direct Drive Motor, Liner Motor to
achieve high precision grinding. The R&D team in
Luren has built a machine with a rigid structure to
provide stability but is also user friendly by using
the 'SMART GRINDING' theme to make operation
simply easy. This machine is designed to sharpen
straight and helical gash hobs, with an optional
choice of grinding Gear, Spline grinding and Shaper
Cutter sharpening. The use easy changeable grinding
wheel shank allows shorter set-up time. With the
combination of the above mentioned functions and
technology, we are sure this machine is the best
machine for the sharpening of hobs.
We also have developed LHS-3040 an economical
type HOB sharpening machine for grinding SPUR
HOB.
