Whiski Jack Owner Login Process
Dear Owner,
We have created this instructional sheet to help with the initial setup of your Owner Login Account. To complete the setup your will need access to your
Owner ID number. The Owner ID number is located on your 2015 Maintenance Fee billing statement. If you are having a problem or need help finding
the number, please don’t hesitate to contact our Call Center at (844) 957-6967 or e-mail them at ownerservices@whiskijackresorts.com for support.
We hope this navigational tool will help alleviate any issues you may have during the initial login process.
- Go to www.whiskijackresorts.com
- Click on the ‘Owner Login’ Button located at the top right of
the home page.
- You will be redirected to the Owner Login Options landing
page as shown below
- Select the ‘Whiski Jack Owner Login’ button.
- You will be redirected to the Owner Login landing page
as shown below.
- Type in your Owner ID or Email address that you have registered with
us.
*If you do not know your Owner ID or Email address that you have registered
with us, please contact the Call Center at (844) 957-6967 to verify your Owner ID
or email address.*
- For 1st time users your password is your [Owner ID + LAST 3 letters of
your LAST NAME].
- If you are logging into the system for the 1st time you will be
redirected to update your temporary password to a unique password.
See screen below.
- To reset your Password, type in your Owner ID or Email address that you
have registered with us.
- Type in your temporary password:
[Owner ID + LAST 3 letters of your LAST NAME]
- Type in a New Password. (This must not be the same as your temporary
password.)
*Your password can be any combination of alpha-numeric or unique
characters ( ! * ? $ @).*
- Confirm your New Password again and Click ‘Submit’.
- You should now be able to login and access your Owner
Account Page.
