Due to the popularity of these tours they tend to fill up quickly, so we recommend scheduling them in advance by completing the included activity reservation form. Upon completion, please email your form to lnbalocan@tmghawaiiltd.com. All activities are booked on a space available basis. Should your requested date not be available, an alternate date and/or time may be supplied to you for consideration. Once the tour timings are confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation from our team outlining your reservation details, as well as instructions on where to pick-up your vouchers when arriving at the hotel. Also, please note that most of the activities do not include transportation to and from the hotel. Due to this we have asked on the reservation form if you will need a taxi service arranged or plan to have a rental car. As we head towards Na Pali you’ll see views of Niihau, Polihale and the ridges of Kokee. The am departure generally means we have calmer conditions and virtually ensures an encounter with the massive pod of Hawaiian Spinner dolphins that cruise up the coast daily. Generally we take a nearshore route up the entire coast then sail downwind offshore so you get a variety of views. On Na Pali you’ll see spectacular sea cliffs, numerous waterfalls and lava tubes. Kauai is the oldest of the main Hawaiian islands, and this carved coastline is the result of nearly 8 million years of exposure to wind, waves and rain. In addition to seagoing skills, the crew is knowledgeable in the history and legends of the ancient civilizations that once inhabited these verdant valleys. After a relaxing and beautiful downwind sail, the captain will pull in to one or our favorite remote snorkel spots. Here, they will anchor and passengers can get in the water, or simply relax. After snorkeling the crew prepares a delicious lunch in the onboard kitchen, which they will offer with beer and wine (only available after snorkeling) before sailing back to the port. Divers visiting Kauai will discover a host of excellent dive sites along the shoreline as well as from custom built dive boats in offshore waters. Kauai offers an interesting topography of lava ridges, pinnacles, archways, caves and caverns formed by molten lava meeting the sea. Wave action and erosion over the centuries formed coral reefs and miles of sand beaches. The warm tropical waters are teaming with marine life around the beautiful coral reefs in an array of pastel colors. Enjoy the spacious comfort of a custom fitted PRO48 dive boat, Coast Guard certified for 42 passengers and 30 divers. However, for an optimal diving experience, the limit is 18 divers for the south shore diving trips. The vessel is fitted with two hot water showers, 10-person carpeted observation deck (great for taking in the sights), two ladders for exiting the water, a camera table and rinse bucket and a CD stereo. It also sports a large covered cab with a carpeted deck to get out of the sun or warm up after the dive. Morning charters often will do drift dives. The first dive is usually 80-90 feet and the second is 60-70 feet. Taste the flavor of Europe blended with the spirit of Hawai‘i. Allerton Garden (Lāwa`i-kai) lies between the Pacific Ocean and the McBryde Garden in the Lāwa`i Valley, on the south shore of the Hawaiian Island of Kauai. It is a garden paradise, transformed through time by the hands of a Hawaiian Queen, by a sugar plantation magnate, and most significantly by an artist and an architect. The endless possibilities found in this dramatic topography led to the creation of this masterpiece of garden art. Towering rainforest trees with tall curving roots grow near bronze mermaids, a grove of swaying golden bamboo, a cut-flower garden, and tropical fruit trees.
