Preconstruction
Making the right decisions in the early stages of a project is critical to
constructing quality buildings and exceeding client expectations. Marcobay’s
coordinated and reliable preconstruction services set the tone for a successful
project, establishing open communication and fostering a team environment between
the construction team, owner, architect and subcontractors from day one.
Construction Management
Marcobay’s approach to construction management can be defined by one word
communication. We have found that open, honest communication is critical for
quickly addressing challenges and avoiding surprises that can disrupt project
schedules and impact costs.
Design / Build
Marcobay’s teams consistently demonstrate the leadership and collaboration skills
necessary to drive design / build projects to completion. We understand the key
benefits of the design / build process from an owner’s perspective and work tirelessly
to ensure the client’s needs are met throughout every project phase.
General Contracting
As general contractor, Marcobay is ultimately responsible for the successful
completion of projects. Tight coordination of job sites and strong partnerships
with subcontractors and other partners are critical to delivering
quality projects on time and on budget.

SELF PERFORMING CAPABILITIES
250,000 SF Concrete Paving Project
Clermont, Florida
Concrete
Control of cost, schedule and quality are three of the most important factors of
any project. By self performing 100% of our concrete work, Marcobay has a significant
advantage. By using GPS with Total Station and 3-D profiling, Marcobay can prepare
sub grade and shape the earth with the highest level of accuracy. Two Somero Laser
Screeds enable Marcobay to place and finish large quantities of concrete paving in a
single pour faster, flatter and with fewer people.
Tilt—Up
Tilt-up lends itself to fast-track construction because wall panel construction can
proceed while other phases are completed simultaneously.
Load bearing reinforced concrete wall panels are cast horizontally on the floor
slab or a casting slab and are tilted into their final vertical position with high
capacity mobile cranes. This process is designed for efficiency and speed of erection.
Marcobay has completed over 4,000,000 sq ft of tilt-up since 2004. Our highly skilled
tradesmen have the extensive knowledge and proactive approach to exceed your
expectations. From the layout of panels to the erection, Marcobay’s concrete
division has the experience and technology to deliver the highest quality
craftsmanship in the industry.
