It is required when the plants are sensitive to a compacted soil structure (maize, sugar beet, oilseed rape) or in situations where the soil has been compacted(late harvests, numerous passes) and is unable to regenerate its structure. • Strength in all conditions: high resistance steel legs 25 mm thick DÉCOMPAK -curved legs Reduction of the amount of tractive force required with a large quantity of clods from the subsoil being brought up towards the topsoil layer THE WIDTHS: FROM 1.35 M TO 4.05 M width (m) 2,25 m 3,15 m Folding Power requirement (hp) Weight (Kg) Décompak 3 70 HP 335 Polylab 3 70 HP 350 Décompak 5 100 HP 550 Polylab 5 90 HP 550 0 cm Décompak 7 140 HP 740 10 cm 20 cm Polylab 7 130 HP 740 Décompak 9 180 HP 930 Polylab 9 160 HP 930 Décompak 9 180 HP 990 Polylab 9 160 HP 990 4,05 m 30 cm 40 cm Standard point Subsoiling 4,05 m Number of tines Non-inversion tillage Fixed Folding 1,35 m Machinery Reinforced welded monobloc frame Under beam clearance 800 mm Subsoiling THE FRAME 70 cm Standard point Or winged point THE EQUIPMENT 50 cm 60 cm Or winged point POLYLAB -straight legs Recommended for non-inversion tillage, as it encourages soil and trash mixing - Encourages the decomposition of organic matter by cutting and mixing it Double wavy disc packer roller Ø510 spacing125 mm - Breaks up a large clods Notched disc packer roller Ø620 pas de 450 mm - Breaks clods right down Notched disc packer roller Ø620 with scraper, spacing 150 mm - Presses and levels the soil surface Square coil roller 40mm Ø580 80 cm 90 cm 100 cm BENEFIT FROM CARRE’S EXPERIENCE AFTER 75 YEARS OF INNOVATION • CARRE is a family run company based in the Vendée. Since 1938 we have endeavoured to design, build and market equipment intended for soil preparation, drilling, fertilisation and a complete range of crop management. Our aim is to offer you equipment that is designed to suit your conditions. • Carré is located in the heart of an agricultural region, and all of its products are developed in partnership with recognised cereal farmers. You will therefore benefit from their knowledge and their experience with implements, when buying Carré equipment. • Over the last 75 years the company has received several prizes for innovation and it would like to assist you in the management of your crops in order to obtain optimal yields. Mr D., Farmer in the Tarn I grow maize for seed, sunflowers, soya, wheat and oilseed rape on 300 ha. I acquired my first 3 m POLYLAB in 1997. I have sandy clay soils and the POLYLAB is an excellent implement for this type of ground. I cultivate after maize and then I go over it with the POLYLAB, I then finish off with a power harrow and drill combination. After soja I carry out one pass with the POLYLAB , I then follow it with the power harrow and row combination for drilling wheat. I was satisfied with the amount of power required to pull it, the forward speed and the double disc roller that breaks up the clods and works the soil down well. This is why I didn’t hesitate, and bought a wider 4 m POLYLAB when I changed my tractor (and increased the horsepower) in 2008.
