Every Conveyor system Bevco builds is custom designed to suit our Clients’
product and production line needs. Only high quality materials are used in
the construction of a Bevco Conveyor. Our expertise in the use of stainless
steel and UHMW plastic ensures a superior product.
Bevco’s standard conveyor package includes many items only available
as options by our competitors. Catenary guards, hinged sprocket covers,
wash-out covers, and pre-wired disconnects (when controls are supplied)
are just a few examples of the many items we include in our basic conveyor.
Bevco’s modular design offers flexibility and ease of assembly which reduce
field installation costs.

> Split plastic sprockets on conveyor
chain allow for easy changeout, as well
as eliminating the rust problem with
conventional steel sprockets
> Drive and idler covers are standard,
eliminating pinch points where hands

> Shaft mount drives give a clean profile

> Bevco’s standard wearstrip is a
1/4" thick UHMW, which is screwed
in place to a slotted frame to allow for
plastic growth.

to a fitting on the exterior of the frame
for ease of maintenance

Bevco Conveyors operate with a minimum level of maintenance and are
