If you have any concerns, please switch off the Randy’s
TREK and remove the charger cord immediately. Do not
try to remedy the defect yourself. Please contact
info@randys.com for any questions or concerns.
WARNING: Randy’s TREK cannot be used while charging. Otherwise it
may pose danger. After using or charging the Randy’s TREK, allow it to
cool down before placing in storage. Please store in a dry place to
protect it against the effects of weather. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF
CHILDREN AND/OR UNQUALIFIED PERSONS.
Operation Guidance
WARNING: DO NOT PACK OR CLEAN THE CHAMBER WHILE ELEMENT
IS HOT OR WARM.
1. Remove the TREK glass mouthpiece, exposing the heating element.
2. Loosely pack your desired dry herb into the ceramic chamber. You
can use the metal tool to pack it tighter. Then reattach the glass
mouthpiece.
3. Click the power button 5 times in quick succession to turn TREK
Battery on.
4. Press the power button and inhale from the glass mouthpiece. The
battery is a press/hold type battery, so the longer you press the
button the hotter the element will get. If you want light vaporizing,
hold the button down for less time. The TREK will combust dry herb if
desired. Simply hold the button for a longer time. Each user will have
to experiment with hold times to find the desired results one is
looking for. The maximum press time is 20 secs before auto turn off.
1. To protect and extend the battery, it is recommended
you charge the Randy’s TREK at least 6 hours before use.
2. When plugged in, the red power light will appear.
3. When battery is fully charged, the red power light will
go off.

Wet/Dry Wipes
1. For best results when cleaning the glass dome and metal
mouth piece, remove grommets and use Randy's Black Label
Cleaner. (Do not use Black Label on the ceramic element).
2. Remove the glass mouthpiece and use a cotton swab to wipe
the inner part of the glass. With a damp paper towel, wipe
again.
3. To clean the heating element, unscrew the heating coil after
removing the glass mouthpiece. Use a cotton swab to wipe the
inner part of the ceramic plate. Wipe again with damp paper
towel.
4. For coil change, remove the old coil and install the new
coil.
The Randy’s TREK has a 90 day warranty from date of
purchase. Defective part must be returned within 90 days
of receipt date.
Troubleshooting:
– You can check the wall charger adapter by trying
another wall adapter (this is a 510 Thread Charger).
We do not warranty the product or any parts of the
products from careless damage such as dropping the
product resulting in a damaged unit or damaged mouth
piece.

RECEIPT.
