‘True story of My heart and Rasoved Heart -Tonic’
I went to Jaipur with family, as we wanted to visit Siriska Forest. Our rooms
were booked in Siriska guest house. There we really enjoyed cool atmosphere mixed
with horrifying sound of wild animals. This was a very unique experience in my life.
We visited Bhartruhari Gumpha and shiv temple. I went to one Ashram, where
sadhubaba was there. I went inside and I touched his feet he immediately reflected
and said “Beta do not worry, every thing will be all right” Actually I did not
understand what he said. As a mater or fact I was absolutely tension free. On Sunday
evening We came back to Jaipur.
Next day morning I became ready and we all were chit chatting. All of a Sudden
around 8.30 am. I had severe chest pain. I immediately took one novalgin but pain
was increasing then I took one sorbitrate even then pains did not stop. After 30
minutes I repeated one more sorbitrate. There after I told my son to take me to hospital
I was than taken to Santokba Durlabhji Memorial Hospital and got admitted in ICU
Pree Slreptone ECG was taken After 24 hrs I was normal. on 23rd September 2D Echo
Cardiography and Colour Doplar tests were done .

On 3/10/1994 I was discharged from Santokba Hospital. Dr. Ashok jain from
Jaipur gave a note to Dr. Rajiv Karnik in Mumbai, I took appointment of Dr. Rajiv Karnik
he gave me Imdur, Amlo, Ramiprll, Nikoran/K-lon, ex- and he admitted me on
15/12/1994 in Bombay Hospital and my Angiography was done then Dr. Bhattachary
did by-pass Surgery on 20/12/1994.

After Surgery I use to visit Dr. Karnik every three months from date of operation
till year 2005 and I have spent nearly Rs. 4 to 5 lacks on the operation procedure. In the
Bombay hospital only my self and my wife were residing so We were discussing all
about operation only, if a person does not have sufficient money then he is not suppose
to live. How a poor person can spend such a huge amount. Any way, I decided to do
some social work for heart patients. I started as a distributor for noni- juice. Fortunetely
I came in contact with Dr. shepal from Pune on 4/7/2005 and I started giving medicine

old model. Then I came accros New Model of Non invasive Cartography machine in

It is really surprising that I got very enthusiastic results of my Heart position. There
after I took Cartography and found that
1) Pumping capacity of my Heart increased from 3rd March 2012 having
L.V.Ejection Fraction 39% to 90% on 2nd May 2013, ofcource this is due to Rasoved
capsules only.
2) Orifice area of Mitral valve was 1.82 sq.cms and Orifice area of Aortic area 1.98
sq.cms. on 3rd March 2012 surprisingly on 2nd May 2013 Orifice area of Aortic. Valve
became 4.35 sq.cms. Ofcource this is due to Rasoved Capsules only.

This proves that regular 3 times per day consumption 0f Ayurvedic Rasoved
capsules help to cure Heart problems like removal of Blockages from Arteries,
increases Left Ventrical Ejection Fraction and increases Orifice Area of Mitral & Aortic
Valves. Within six to eight months.
Till date I have cured nearly 3500 patients from all - over India, Malasiya, Dubai
and Singapore.with Rasoved Capsules.
Heart problems are due to following reasons;
1) Blockages in coronary arteries anterioseptal inferiosptal lateral and global
2) Mitral and Aortic valve orifice area is less than 50%
3) Left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF) is less than 50%
4) Demand of oxygen is more than supply results in suffocation / palpitation.
5) Psychological Depression affects more, hence meditation helps to control

Out of these first three are positively cured by Ayurvedic RASOVED capsules
within six to eight months, fourth by Yoga and Breathing exercise and fifth by

Cheapest, with no side effect as compared to Angeoplasty and Bipass, Blockages

Orifice area of Mitral and Aortic Valves. And 5 to 10 tablets are to be taken daily, like
Sorbitrate which lowers down blood pressure and Ecosprin from Aspirin family for
minimizing blood density and tends to acidity problem. Hence Angioplasty & Bipass is
not the solution for Heart problem.

Heart: Structure and function
Every cell in the body needs feeding; but, we do not get this feeding to the body
cells through the food that we eat. Firstly, whatever food we eat is digested and gets
mixed with the blood and thereafter due to blood circulation is gained by the cells. It
would be clear from this the significance and importance of Blood circulation. Our
heart is a part responsible for maintaining the speed and motion of blood circulation.
Heart is a part consisting of a hollow portion and composed of muscles. Due to
systolic and diastolic rhythmic activities blood maintains constant circulation in the
body.

The impure blood collected from the
various parts of the body via upward blue
vein and via downward blue vein comes to the right auricle. This is the place where the

The blood collected in the right auricle by opening up the tri-Valves enters the right
artery this tri valve opens up by the side of the artery therefore; the blood received in the
right artery does not reenter the right auricle. When the right artery contracts, the impure

veins due to lung valves cannot enter again into the arteries.

The activity of contraction and expansion of the heart is
termed as heart beats. The contraction of the heart takes
about 0.3 seconds and the expansion about 0.5 seconds. The
heart of the human beats 72 per minute. The heart beats are
slightly slower in the case of a physical laborer; while the
armchair living styled man sends 70 mili blood into larger
vein. Thus within one minute approximately 5 mili blood is
sent by heart to larger vein.
Incessant work would involve tiring exhaustion of
the muscles; but the muscles of the heart are never tired.
Because, heart muscles are of a special kind.

throughout the life. Heart is a simple pumping machine. Yet despite the availability of
developed science on an average 91% of the deaths per hour are due to heart attacks.
Your heart works like this
The weight of your heart is less than 1 pound and it is of the size of a little larger
than a closed fist. But, it is an organ, quite strong, durable for running long hours of
working, and good for hard work in order to supply blood to the lungs and all the cells of
the body. This is its function.
It is a kind of a hollow part of the body. Its outside muscular structure myocardium
is surrounded by hair-like cover – pericardium, and its inside is a stronger cover called
endocardium. The middle portion of the heart is divided by a vertical cover called
septum and forms the right and left parts of the heart. Its upper part is Atrium, auricle,
and lower part is divided as Ventricle
Valves regulate the blood movements; and arteries of the lung regulate blood going
towards aorta.
The impure (deorygenated ) blood couected from various parts of the body are
carried to the heart by the vein . Impure blood first enters the right Auricle through the
superior and inferior vena cava.
The blood conected in the right auricle are pumped into the Right ventricle via
the Tri-cuspid valves. Tri- cuspid valve is a unidirectional valve which prevents the
back flow of blood.
From the right ventricle ,the deoxygenated blood is pumped into the pulmonary
Artcry; which further carries the deoxygenated in the lungs.
The Impure blood is oxygenated in the lungs and carried back to the heart by the
pulmonary vein. This oxygenated blood first enters the heft auricle which is further
pumped into the heft ventricle through the Bi-cuspid valve.
Then later ,on ventricular contraction ; oxygenated blood from left ventricle are
pumped into aorta; from where it is Supplied to various parts of body through the
arteries.
Really speaking heart is a two way Pump. One pump, right side of the heart
supplies invigorating liquid and oxygen and thereafter brings back the Blood this pump
sends Bluish, red and dark colored blood to the lungs there carbon dioxide is thrown out
and fresh oxygen is supplied. Blood thereafter again becomes dark red in color the
second pump on the left side of the heart being suggests purified blood into lungs and
through aorta. Supplies blood by pumping to the small veins, and through them to all
parts of the body.

Coronary artery disease-who gets affected some special things and habits, certain
constituent parts of the body due to their larger percentage could become the cause of
CAD. This was from the liver to artery
1) Increased percentage fat in the blood :
A] LDL cholesterol which is called bad cholesterol. This proportion should be less
than 100 mg.
B] Total cholesterol should be less than 200 mg.
C] HDL cholesterol should always be greater than 40mg; it is also called vagabond
cholesterol. This comes out of the artery.
D] Triglyceride -- a different kind of fat act in the blood should also be less than
150 mg.
2) High blood pressure : Persons having high blood pressure are always susceptible
in future to heart attack in the larger proportion.
3) Smoking : Blood veins become harder due to smoking. Thereby increase the
cholesterol, bad cholesterol in the blood. [Tobacco eating and smoking]
4) Insulin resistant : Reduction of the proportion of insulin in the body and thereby
getting diabetic is likely in the insulin resistant persons and CAD increased proportions.
5) Diabetes : It is effect of

b] Metabolic Syndrome
6) Absence of Exercise : Due to absence of practice of exercise the body weight
increases and also increases cholesterol.
7) Diet : Extra oily, fried foods increase largely CAD proportion in the body. More
salt intake also causes increased blood pressure.
8) Age : Increased age raises hardening of the blood veins. And also blood pressure
and cholesterol. After the age of 45 these increased proportions are observed. These are
major causes, but after more medical research, some more causes for CAD are also
observed: For example :
Increased homocysteine in the body.
Increased percentage of Cipo protein in the body.
Increased percentage of antioxidant in the body.
9) Heredity:
Heart disease means the problem soft heart and blood circulation system. Heart
supplies blood to the complete body there are coronary arterials constantly at work

supplying blood to the heart muscles. Then there is an obstruction in the blood flow, the
patient is most likely to fall victim to possible heart attacks. If the orifice area of the
Mitral or Aortic value is less than 4.20 sq. cms. and also LVEF left ventrical ejection
fraction is less than 50%.
ECG is a transthoracic (across the thorax or chest) interpretation of the electrical
activity of the heart over a period of time as detected by electrodes attached to the outer
surface of the skin and recorded by a device external to the body. The recording
produced by this noninvasive procedure is tecmed as eletrocardiogram.

This is examined and tested by various methods
1] ECG electrocardiography is of orbital things basic test for the heart trouble. ECG
means the graph of the wave form of oscillations in the heart; and it is taken whenever
the heart dangerously Pulsations increase or there are disturbances or obstructions in
the electrical wave flows. These are indicated by the ECG graphic tests. Apart from this
whenever there is building up or developing heart trouble, or immediately after an
actual heart attack, its diagnosis is made through ECG test. But, this is considered the
first step in the diagnosis.
2] Angina pectoris : Briefly, Angina is the pre-stage of heart trouble. Its indications
or symptom after some physical labor are experienced in the following : 100 meters
or thereabouts walk bringing in shot pain or heaviness or exhaustion; and after some
time of taking rest its reduction of pain, if accompanied by breathlessness, out of breath,
profusely sweating etc. in such cases if appropriate treatments are taken the danger
could be avoided. A person suffering from angina should get full tests done of the entire
body and if necessary in such cases after preliminary tests angiograph is the gold
standard test. Angiography enables one to easily understand As to which exact artery
and to what extent is closed or contracted accordingly the patient can either take

Stress test : Angina/heart trouble in the initial stage can be diagnosed by stress test

universally. In this test the patient is required to undertake a specific type of exercise
and while doing this a continuous ECG is taken. As the exercise is intensified, the heart

rate or the pulse rate and blood pressure is expected to rise. The sick patient or with
affected heart, in such test does not produce expected response, then ECG indicates
corresponding signals or simply the patient is not able to bear the test. In such an event
that test is stopped and a decision is taken about how much closer the heart
trouble/attack is likely to take place in the near future.

Echocardiography/color Doppler : In this more modern research technique, the
changes effected or involved into the functioning of the heart valves and the blood veins
are indicated accurately.

Three dimensional cardiovascular cartography [3 DCCCG]: This machine is
extremely useful for checking important issues about the heart. This 3DCCG machine
not only checks the blood flow to the muscles of the heart but also helps in furnishing

What is heart disease?
Ischemic heart disease means due to obstructions in the blood arteries heart gets

Present day treatment of heart disease.
A] Medication :
Advantages: Disease can be controlled
Disadvantages : 1) Even while under taking medication slowly or suddenly the

Advantages: Seriousness or danger of the disease is lowered and some immediate

Chelation -- A New Approach
In order to heart disease, now-a-days, new method the name Chelation. Chil means
catching an object tightly by crab like creature. It is a Greek word. In this treatment
EDTA (ethylene diamine Tetra acetic acid) chemical is used. This chemical stress test
the unwanted object in the blood, like the crab does by its feet; and, it throws it out of the
body as dirt. Harmful things in the body by EDTA are thrown out. However, useful
liquids, iron, zinc, chromium, selenium, cobalt are also thrown out by EDTA. Chelation
treatment process has many side effects. Mainly it affects kidney. Skin is spoiled.
Chelation is costly as well as dangerous. It is not useful for LVEF; Mitral and Aortic
valves.
External counter pulsation is another method. In this 3 cuffs are tied to a portion of
the leg above the knee. By that diastolic Aortic pressure is increased. But this shock
technique may not be bearable to all. Now-a-days more people are turning towards
Ayurveda. Jadi Buti, vegetarian food, yoga - breathing exercises etc. are being adopted
for overcoming heart trouble.
Appropriate Diet for Healthy Heart
In sickness or in the interest of peaceful life diet has always been given the
importance from old times. Healthy heart has always been connected with diet and has
been established by scientific Experiments. Normally our daily food consists of
carbohydrates, protein fats minerals, and tonics. Every item is responsible for
maintaining or disturbing the health. Simple and sattvic diet is helpful for general health
and heart. Ghee, Masaledar food, chilli food, fried food; sweets etc. are harmful to the
general health and especially to the heart.

Terminalia arjuna
Arjuna induces improvement of cardiac muscle function and subsequently
improves pumping activity of the heart. The Arjuna promotes effective
cardiac functioning, and regulates blood pressure and tones the heart.
Apium graveilens
This is credited with stimulant and carminative properties and is prescribed
as a sedative and tonic. This is prescribed as a decoction or as a liquid extract.
The fatty oil from seeds is used in many medicinal preparations as an
antispasmodic and nerve stimulant. This is also credited with diuretic
property.
Boerhaavia diffusa
This helps maintain effcient kidney and urinary functions with its diuretic
anti spasmodic and anti inflammatory action. This increases the serum
protein level and reduces Urinery protein excretion in patients of Nephrotic
syndrome. This increases the level of immunoglobulin and lowers immune
complex.
Allium sativum
This acts as an antioxident to reduce cholesterol and triglycerides to reduce
hardening of arteries and blood clotting to reduce blood pressure to prevent
cancer and to protect liver. This also acts as an anti-biotic, anti viral and anti
fungal to increase the effects of the immune system, to reduce blood sugar
level and to reduce menstrual pains.
Moringa oleifera
Biological activity studies have confirmed the anti inflammatory anti
spasmodic and diuretic. The seeds are used as antibacterial, anti choleric and

Vitas viniferous

cordifolia
Used in general debility, dyspepsia, fevers ad urinary disases. The bitter
principle present in the drug show anti periodic, antispasmodic anti inflammatory and antipyretic prope plant is used in ayurvedic rasayanas to
improve the immune system and the body’s resistance to infections. It is used
as immunomodulator in immuno-suppression of obstructive jaundice,
fibrosis, peritonitis and sepsis.
Triphala
This is laxative, alterative, anti inflammatory, carminative, expectorant, anti
oxident and anti microbial. Useful for digestion. lungs, skin, eyes and weight
management.

'Rasoved' 'Arjun Shat Patri','Drash','Punarnava'Pipli' and the like medicines have
been used in appropriate proportions. All these portions extracts and powders have
been absolutely pure and of quality, social rate has earned a certificate from the food and

Cashewnuts were consumed largely. In the third case service was lost due to
economical crisis. In the fourth case, business loss was caused because Vegetable oil
stocked by purchase at Rs. 60 had to be sold at Rs.30 due to fall in the market Price
which caused a huge loss. All cases were of mental forture.
After Rasoved restarted within a month or two the patients were fully recovered. It
was realized that heart disease is greatly influenced by mental tensions. In such
circumstances arteries contract and blood supply is reduced. My own experience in
1994 was that my industry was adversely affected due to the trade Union trouble it
affected my health and ultimately I had to undergo a bypass surgery in 1994. The best
remedy is to take Rasoved treatment, Pranyama, Yoga, meditation and control over diet

To avoid heart disease following things should be done
Control mental tension : Most important thing to do today is to realize that
anyone female or male is falling victim under great mental tension. Mental tension and
heart trouble are connected has been proved by science. Its result is that in Young age
people are getting the heart troubles. To keep oneself tension-free, working hours to be
under control, minimum 6 to 8 hours sleep is an unavoidable necessity. During the day
at least 30 minutes meditation, yoga is advisable. Taking exercise to relax the body and
feel well being is necessary like taking a breakfast. Best is to do yoga and Pranyama.
The heart rate should not rise above 15% while taking exercise.
A regular exercise : 90% deaths in the world are due to heart attack, on account of
not undertaking physical exercise. Increased heat in the body and the use of energy is
required to be balanced. Regular exercise ensures that the blood carrying veins
supplying blood to the heart, are not affected or damaged therefore there is nothing
better exercise like a quick walk of 40 minutes. By this your cardiovascular system
which means the muscles of your heart are strengthened.
Blood circulation is improved and oxygen is effectively used by the body. Body
balance increases. Cycling and swimming exercise at least 20 to 30 minutes during the
day. A light tension to muscles and the body parts increases the elasticity of the joints. It
improves the easiness in movements.
A solid body helps strengthening of heart. The practice of exercise reduces fat and
yet maintain the strength of the muscles.
