teacher or fire fighter, your income level determines if you may qualify for one of our brand new
apartment homes.
Atlanta BeltLine’s Program helps people to work and live within the same community by reserving
some residential units for renters who earn between $45,000-$51,500. Keeping residents local helps
preserve the area’s legacy of diversity and supports the authenticity of the community.
