Elite Support is a collaborative effort between Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) and its truck dealers, focused on improving the customer experience at
DTNA affiliated dealerships. Elite Support provides rapid diagnosis, exceptional turnaround and quality, consistent communication, robust parts availability and
superb customer service; all provided by a highly trained staff.

RAPID DIAGNOSIS
ROBUST PARTS AVAILABILITY
All Elite Support Certified dealers feature Express Assessment, a diagnostic
process that ensures you get an estimate of severity, downtime, part needs,
and costs within two hours of initial service write-up. In cases of complex
issues or multiple complaints, an estimated time for a complete diagnosis
within two hours of initial service write-up. By providing a quick diagnosis
on your truck, you’ll be equipped with information to confidently decide how
the service work will affect your load and your business.
Elite Support Certified dealers stock the most critical repair parts by using a
regularly updated, locally customized stocking list. These steps minimize
your downtime by ensuring quick access to the necessary parts. If a part
does require a special order, you’ll get daily order tracking updates so you
know when it’s in stock.
EXCEPTIONAL TURNAROUND AND QUALITY
Elite Support Certified dealers use best practices to ensure that you have
the fastest possible turnaround time. These practices include scheduling the
most qualified technician to perform the work while doing an up front parts
availability check. To guarantee the repair is completed correctly, all vehicles
receive a quality check before leaving the facility.

All locations have clear directional signage both inside and outside of
the facility. The driver’s lounge will be clean, comfortable and stocked
with amenities and the staff will always be friendly and professional.
The customer service experience does not end there; Elite Support
Certified dealers are always working to continuously improve with annual
recertification. Following your dealer experience, look for a follow-up
survey that gives you a chance to provide feedback and suggestions.
CONSISTENT COMMUNICATION
Elite Support Certified dealers will contact you before the repair begins to
provide time and cost estimates. After the repair begins, any change in repair
status will be communicated as it occurs. Once the repair is complete, you
will be notified immediately so you can get back on the road. All of these
steps in the communication process are tracked and documented so your
experience at the dealership will go smoothly.
