Manual Car Lock Systems
This manual shows you how easy it is to place an order at Car Lock Systems. It also shows
you the other facilities this websystem can offer you.

Login/Access
For access to our webportal please enter your login details:
Remark: You will receive your customer number (=user name) and password either
over the official importer in your country or directly from Car Lock Systems.
Step 1/4: How to order > Select your product
There are 3 options:
1) Order by chassis (VIN) number;
2) Order by selecting the vehicle make(brand)/model manually;
3) Order by article number, prefixed by the two first characters of your brand.
1) Chassis (VIN) number
After you have entered the chassis (VIN) number of the vehicle, you can see the
details of the vehicle. Please select the desired product group (f.e. door lock) by
clicking on the image:
Note: This ordering method is not available for all car brands yet.
2) Selecting vehicle make(brand)/model manually
Click “enter data” and select the correct make/model and further requested
information. Thereafter you will be redirected to the article overview.
3) Article (reference) number
If you already know the OEM-reference number to order for, you can order over this
convenient procedure.
Note that you place the correct initials in front of the original OEM-article/reference
number: Hyundai = HY Citroen= CI etc.
Step 2/4: Add to shopping cart
After clicking “add to shopping cart”, you can select another article (only for the
same vehicle and keycode), or proceed by clicking “order”.
If parts for antother vehicle are required, finish this order and open a new one.
Step 3/4: Order data
To finish the order the system will ask you to answer some questions like the license
(number) plate of the vehicle and the keycode.
If the keycode is unknown, the keycode can be retrieved by Car Lock Systems for
several makes by entering the VIN (if not done previously). If this is no option during
the order process, it is possible to determine the correct keycode by Car Lock
Systems based on a picture of the keyblade. Please note that the picture is sharp like
below. The picture can be uploaded easily. Click “I do not know the key code”.
Step 4/4: Place order (order summary)
After you have entered the requested data correctly, you will see the order summary.
If all the details are correct, the order can be completed.
Voucher code only requested if provided by Car Lock Systems.
Mark the box “I accept the general terms and conditions”;
Click: “Place order”.
Your order is now completed, the status will be updated by e-mail.
Orderhistory
Click “My Carlock” and following on “ My order history” in the submenu “My
details”.
All your historical orders are shown. The status field shows the status of the orders.
Returns
Car Lock Systems allows you to register your return orders quickly and easily.
In your orderhistory (explained above), search for the to be returned order and click
“Return”. Secondly you can enter your message and you will be contacted by us.
My details
Click “My Carlock” and following in the submenu on “My details”
This submenu shows the following options.
 Modify company/branch information
 Change your password
 Financial information (for running invoices and discount structures)
This manual can be found in the “Downloads” submenu under “My Carlock”.
Order remote shells (remote housings)
Click on “Order remote shells” in de submenu under “Order”:

Click on “Service request” in the submenu under “Order”:
Logistics
To have your order shipped the same day, please note the deadlines depending on
the logistics for your brand or importer. The deadlines are shown on the website.
During the last order step, we are asking you to choose your shipping method. For
express delivery surcharges are shown. If your deadline has passed and you need
the order quickly, don’t hestitate to contact Car Lock Sysyems NL to consult how we
can help you out.
