LOCATION
The Property is located approximately 5 kilometers to
the northeast of Helsinki city centre, in the Eastern
Pasila district. Eastern Pasila is not considered part of
the CBD, however it is a reasonable office location
close to the city centre. Many large companies,
especially authorities of the Government have based
themselves in this region.
Pasila is divided into Eastern and Western Pasila. While
