Family Christmas in Florida

"Our family of 13 had a wonderful time in this spacious villa. There was plenty of room for all the adult-sized people. The 6 adult-aged "children" (as well as the
other adults) had a great time using the game room, warm pool and jacuzzi. The villa's kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook our meals during our stay.
There is a Walmart around the corner and many grocery stores and pharmacies within 5-10 minutes. The location is perfect for nearby golf courses, Disney(30
min.) and the airport in Orlando.(40 min.) The villa was very clean and the pictures which seem too good to be true,really depict the villa as it is in real life. The
neighborhood was quiet and several of us walked/jogged on a regular basis. I would definitely recommend this beautiful house to anyone visiting the Orlando
area and looking for all the comforts of home and more!"

Lacked for nothing

"Hello Richard, Your villa must be one of the best if not THE best in Florida when it comes to rental. We were very much at home and lacked for nothing. I was
amazed at how perfectly everything was decorated and everything was way above the mark. On a 1 to 10 your place is a 15. The game room was very
entertaining and kept the younger part of our group busy when not in the pool, spa or on the go. Your location was as I thought and was just far enough away
from attractions to be able to travel but yet close enough so the commute was easy and quick, whether it be the coasts or amusement. Your home location was
perfect, for added privacy being a corner lot with only one home next door which happened to be vacant during our stay. Again on behalf of our family we thank
you so much for allowing us the privilege to rent and stay at your villa. I would rent from you again without hesitation. You have handled this rental with the finest
courtesy, professionalism and response as I have ever experienced. There are many people and businesses which could learn from you. With sincere thanks. "

About VAUGHAN's VILLA - a 6 bed Orlando Oasis with stunning private pool
& 4 ensuites
Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is less than 12 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee and provides an executive community of 320 stunning homes behind a
magnificent gated entrance, with lakefront facilities including a boat ramp, fishing pier/dock and water sports. Built along the Highway 27 corridor, the Community
is 2 minutes away from a 24 hour Wal-Mart and The Southern Dunes Golf Club. (We have provided 2 set of clubs for keen golfers!) Further shops including Publix
Superstore, Blockbusters Video and restaurants are all within a 5 minute drive. The villa itself nestles within a huge corner plot with landscaped gardens and a
variety of palms surrounding the most secluded 30ft Swimming Pool. You'll have complete privacy to enjoy the extended pool area and spa with water jets, sprays
plus Jacuzzi waterfall. Sun loungers are dotted around the pool area to get the sun all day. There is also an outdoor table Tennis table to burn some calories off!
Full air conditioning throughout including the games room. The main open plan living area is double height providing a light, airy space for cooking, dining or
simply lounging enjoying the 51inch Tv and Blu Ray player! 6 bedrooms with 1 on the ground floor. 3 of the bedrooms are US Sized King bedrooms with 6ft 6inch
beds and ensuite bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have twine beds and one room has a Bunk bed sleeping 4. All bedrooms have TV and DVD players with the master
bedrooms having 42 inch flat screens. 2 Wii Consoles, an Xbox 360 and Playstation Console will keep both kids and adults occupied. Read our reviews to hear

Facilities
Living Room
The villa has a spacious family room to relax in with 2 large sofas and an easy chair all in soft leather suitably
accompanied with end-tables and lamps, a coffee table and an entertainment center. A 51 inch cable LCD HDTV
included a recordable hard drive and a Blu Ray player. Sit back and watch over 800 channels as well as Premiership,
Champions League and UEFA Cup football, matches shown every day. 200 of these channels are in Full HD. Record
your favourite shows and playback later fast forwarding through all the adverts! A Nintendo Wii, 2 Controllers and 2
Nunchuk's with games is also attached to the TV.
Kitchen and Dining Room
The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to prepare a family feast. Meals can be
savoured in the formal Dining Area overlooking the pool or grab a quick snack at the breakfast bar. Plenty of room at 2
poolside tables when you want to fire up the BBQ and dine al fresco.
Pool & Lanai
Step out from the family room under the covered lanai and on to 1600 sq feet of pool deck, which surrounds the
sparkling clear 30 ft pool and bubbling spa that cascades in to the main pool. This area is the most secluded plot on
the Tower Lake development. Sit and relax either on the comfortable deck furniture in the shade or the additional
furniture at the back of the pool as you soak in the Florida sunshine. The whole area is surrounded by numerous palms
and tropical plants, a veritable oasis! When you're feeling energetic - there's even a poolside table tennis table. The
pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it.
For extra security, all doors leading outside, either front or back are equipped with an alarm chime so you know who is
coming and going! an outdoor BBQ is also provided, free of charge.
Pool bathroom
This room has a toilet and sink and is sitauted oustide on the pool deck.
Games & Fitness Room
We have a large A/C games room which has Table Football (Foosball), 7ft Air Hockey, a 8ft Pool Table which can be
flipped to Table Tennis if desired, an Exercise mat and a Cross Trainer. Music is provided via a system which plays
radios and cd's and an Ipod Dock. We have 2 full sets of Golf clubs for you to use, free of charge.
Downstairs Master Bedroom
Located on the ground floor this first master suite has walk-in closet space, an master en-suite bathroom with mirrored
vanity basin, walk-in shower, roman-style tub & toilet. A 42inch HD cable TV with 800 plus channels provided Direct
access to the Pool area
Master Suite 2
This second king size master bedroom suite has walk-in closet space, a large 42 inch HD cable TV, en-suite bathroom
with mirrored vanity basin, walk-in shower, roman-style tub and toilet. This room is situated to one side of the house
across the walkway.
Master Suite 3
This third master also enjoys a king-size bed and 40 inch HDTV. Its en-suite bathroom can also be accessed from the
hall
Bunk Room
This bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom, (again can also be accessed from the hall) has twin bunk beds which
sleeps three plus a further single twin bed. The Playstation 2 is attached to it TV/DVD
Twin room 1
This Twin room has 2 single beds and a Wii Console attached to its TV/DVD
Twin Room 2
The room has 2 Twin beds and a TV/DVD player
Bathroom suites
2 of the bathroom are full suites with their own bath, separate shower, toilet and sink. The downstairs bathroom suite
has its own His and Hers sinks 2 of the Bathrooms are attached to bedrooms as well as accessed via the hallway
Downstairs Toilet
This toliet is situated in the hallway downstairs
Utility Room
A Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer are located in the Utility room if you need to do any quick washing.
