Terms & Conditions of Hire
Our aim - is to provide you with a first class service.
To help us to achieve this please read this brief summary of our Terms and Conditions of
Hire. It is for your benefit and hopes to avoid misunderstanding so you can enjoy your function in full.
BOOKING AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Book - as early as possible. For marquees and other products a
deposit is required. Bookings are not accepted until this is received.
Amendments - can be accepted, please try to give as much notice
as possible.
Cancellation - may still incur a charge, depending on how much
notice you give.
LINEN
Laundering - is included in the Hire Price.
Damaged - or stained linen will be charged for at replacement cost.
Returned Linen - should be in the bag provided and free from debris.
Covering Cloths - should be placed under candelabras or bottles to
protect from staining.
ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS
Do not - attempt to repair any electrical item that fails. Contact us
immediately.
All electrical appliances should not be used on extension cables as
power can be lost.
LOSSES
Lost -or damaged products will be charged for at replacement cost.
Our count is final as to quality and condition.
Containers - must be returned, or they will be charged for.
PAYMENT
Invoices - are to be paid on presentation, unless alternative terms
have been agreed.

PRICES
Prices Quoted - are for a 1 - 3 days (Weekend) or a 4 - 7 days (Weekly)
rate. Items returned dirty attract a 25% surcharge.
Prices - may be varied from time to time without notice to our
customers. However we will strive to keep variation to a minimum.
VAT
Vat is excluded - from all prices quoted.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
We will deliver and collect - but a charge will be made. You are
welcome to collect if you wish to avoid delivery and collection
charges.
Deliveries take place between 8am and 8pm No times can be given
but we will try to advise on am or pm delivery.
RESPONSIBILITY
SILVERWARE
Where our products are used - in conjunction with functions which are
governed by: Fire, Health and Safety, Police, Public Safety, or similar
requirements; it is the hirers responsibility to ensure that those
requirements are properly observed.
ALL DESCRIPTIONS & DIMENSIONS GIVEN ARE FOR GUIDANCE ONLY
If your specific requirements - are not shown, please contact us, we
will try to obtain anything that you require and we are always adding
new stock items to our hire fleet.
