Preamble:
Based upon the findings of the Ciociaro Club’s Strategic Plan completed in 2012 it is imperative that the Club
increase its membership numbers to ensure the future stability of the organization. In addition, it is critical to
ensure we engage the youth of our community and get them involved in our Club from a very young age.
Goal:
To enroll every possible Ciociaro child in the newly created Children’s Club
Program Details:
• Will encompass children under 14 years of age
• There will be no fee charged for participation in the Program
• An age appropriate gift (approximately $20 ; see attached), and a framed Ciociaro family tree certificate will be granted to each new Program Participant
• Children must be son/Daughters of Club General Members.
• A parent will complete an application for the child proving he/she is of Ciociaro descent (available at
the Club office or Club website).
• Program opens January 1st, 2014 – Applications already available.
• Beginning with 2014 Ciociaro Club Childrens Christmas party only Program Participants will be
entitled to participate. The Participants will be entitled to other benefits provided by the Ciociaro Club
from time to time
• As an incentive the - he/she would be entitled to pre-pay for a lifetime membership (Junior Member
will not take effect until age 14 – including swearing in). These funds will be held in a trust account
until the child reaches the age of 14 at which point the funds will automatically be transferred and
the Club records will amended to show that the lifetime membership has been paid.
