Anti-dopingcontrolsfortheContinentalChampionshipswillbeundertheauthorityoftheCADF (CyclingAnti-DopingFoundation),withallcurrentUCIanti-dopingrulesapplying,including selectionofridersandaswellastheselectedriders’responsibilitytopresentthemselvesatthe DopingControlStation(DCS),amongothers. Alistofriderswhohavebeenselectedforanti-dopingtestingwillbepostedattheconclusionof theracebothatthefinishlineaswellasattheDCS,whichwillbelocatedintheparkinglot adjacenttotheregistrationareaandwillbemarkedbysigns.Eventhoughchaperoneswill attempttoidentifyandnotifyriderswhohavebeenselectedatthefinishline,eventuallyitisthe rider’sresponsibilitytopresenthim-orherselfattheDCSnolaterthan30minutesafterthe conclusionoftherace.Forridersobligatedtoattendprotocolarfunctions,the30-minutegrace periodwillbeginattheendoftheofficialfunction(podium,pressconference,etc.).Riderswho haveabandonedtheracebutwhohavebeenselectedfortestingareobligatedtopresent themselvesattheDCSnolaterthan30minutesafterthefinish. Allriderswhosenameappearsonthepostedlistarerequiredtopresentthemselveswiththeir currentandvalidUCIlicense;ifsaidlicensedoesnotcarrytheracer’sphoto,heorsheMUST presentanofficialphotoIDsuchasaDriver’sLicenseorPassport,togetherwiththeUCIlicense.
