For the safety and comfort of festival
attendees, staff and local residents,

be scanned upon entry to the festival
and camping grounds. Everyone is
required to wear a wristband within
the one-mile perimeter of the site.
Festivalgoers cannot pass through the
police vehicle checkpoints without a
properly applied wristband.

• Use sunscreen and SPF lip balm or you WILL burn.
• Beware open-toed shoes in big crowds. Heels look nice, but will
slow you down when walking across the field day and night.
• Plan for delays when traveling to and from the festival.
• Choose a physical meeting spot with your
friends. DON’T rely on cellphones.
• Timestamp your text messages since delivery delays can occur.
• Hats might be a good idea for sun protection, but
don’t block people’s view with a large hat.
• Beware chafing. You’ll be doing a lot of
walking around and it really hurts.
• Pack wipes for a quick and refreshing clean off.
• Fanny packs are perfect for packing all you’ll need.
• Backpacks bother those around you. Leave it in the car, or
check it in a locker when you enter (Locker info on pg. 25).
Credit Card/ATM: New for 2015,
Coachella vendors will accept all
credit cards. ATM machines are also

2014 Art Highlights
CAMPING
Look for dozens of works spread across the festival site and campgrounds.
MUSIC
The original works specially commissioned for Coachella 2015 were curated from a
renowned group of established and up-and-coming artists, on par with the musical
talent performing on the stages.
ART
Every year, the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival strives to live up to its
name by pushing the boundaries of dramatic, large scale, outdoor art installations.

Over 1500 portable restrooms. Hundreds
of new flushable toilets added to the lobby,
near The Do Lab and Craft Beer Barn.
Restroom trailers have flushing
toilets and air-conditioning.
Personal hand sanitizer, wet wipes, seat
covers and toilet paper can be lifesavers.
Shade
Tents and other covered areas are

Coachella is a marathon, not a sprint.
Pace yourself, take a break and sit down.
Desert heat, bright sunlight and too
much booze can be a bad situation.

Not to brag, but our Lost & Found totally kicks ass.
Check the on-site booth or inquire about lost items

lost items at any Info Kiosk. Kiosk in Camping Center is open 24 hours.
Make sure your contact info appears on your phone’s lock screen.

• EMTs are onsite through the weekend. There are three [3] First Aid areas in the venue and one in
the campgrounds. If you have a medical emergency, contact Security Staff or an Info Kiosk for help.
• Diabetics should identify themselves to security while waiting to enter the
venue. Security will locate the medical folks adjacent to the main entrance
who will assist you in storing and providing a secure area for insulin.
• All medical prescriptions must be in labeled containers that match the holder’s proper
