September 27 h. 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. h. 4.30 p.m. - 9 p.m. September 28 h. 6 a.m. - 5 p.m. h. 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Entrance through gate TEODORICO 15 Vehicles up to 2,30 mt. high must reach the halls roofs using the slip roads in Viale Teodorico. Freight elevator and hand trolley rental service will be available on the hall roofs. Important information Access to Fairground is allowed only with a Barcode identifying vehicles and people working inside the booth. Each Barcode can be printed at the exhibitor’s company using the link on the e-mail we will send for registering your vehicles and staff members. For the work permits, when you are in Fairground, you must reach the Totem placed on the Gallery of pavilion 3, nearby SATE Office, and place your barcode on its laser reader to obtain the badges. Access to Fairground of authorized people for booth setting up is limited to those who have and wear their own work permit, the badge. Each badge must be filled in completely (article 4 Technical Regulations). Unauthorized people and under 15 children are not allowed to enter the Exhibition areas where setting up and/or dismantling are in progress. In particular, traffic signs and the 30kph speed limit must be scrupulously observed. Inside the halls, when permitted by security officers, vehicles may only proceed at walking pace. It is absolutely forbidden for vehicles to park in front of “keep clean” signs, fire hydrants, emergency exits, near crossroads or in front of public emergency services (First Aid, Fire Brigade, etc.). Vehicles may not park inside the Fairground overnight, even in case of engine failure. The deadline for parking is the halls closing time. Failure to observe regulations will imply a charge of € 250,00 + VAT for each night or part thereof. During the setting up and breaking down periods, the vehicles parking for loading/unloading activities is allowed for a maximum of 2 hours. Stops longer than two hours could be subject to a fine of € 50,00 + VAT per excess four or part of an hour. The non observance of vehicular traffic regulations will apply penalties and fines as mentioned in the Technical Regulations. Fiera Milano will remove all cars parked in unauthorized areas. The competent public safety authorities may carry out random inspections of vehicles and goods leaving the Exhibition Center. Please check the websites of “Comune Milano” (www.comune.milano.it) and “Regione Lombardia” (www.ambiente.regione.lombardia.it) for updated information about the traffic bans in Milan and surroundings. Because of a specific city ordinance entering and parking of articulated lorries and semitrailers from 7.30 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. is forbidden. The fairground is inside this area, therefore drivers interested in these categories are invited to reach the Fairground not later than 7.30 a.m. It is forbidden to park in the streets next to the Fairground. All vehicles must move with the documentation sent by Fiera Milano. For any other information relevant to setting up, dismantling and/or technical details, please refer to your copy of Technical Regulations. Fiera Milano relating to any logistical and/or safety requirements, while previously informing all concerned, reserves the right to modify times and procedures of this schedule at any time.
