HOW TO GET TO “GORGONA OCEAN FRONT”
1. The easiest way to get to “Gorgona Ocean Front” - by Taxi.
But it’s not the cheapest way (about $60 and up). If you want to save a few bucks on the taxi, go up to the
departures level and jump a taxi that just dropped someone off. They will not want to deadhead back to the
city, so you can get better deal.
2. By bus. It’s would be the cheapest way (about $3 all the way) but the most challenging.
And we don’t recommend it unless you absolutely familiar with Panama and know Spanish.
3. If you going to rent a car at airport.
All car rentals have GPS with Panama map preloaded for rent.
4. If you going to drive by yourself and don’t have GPS:
Driving direction from Tocumen Airport to “Gorgona Ocean Front” condo in Gorgona Nueva.
First check if you have some change (few US bucks) to pay toll on the road.
Reset your odometer to “0” and GO (driving direction on map – right to left:
1. Get on Road and drive northeast (on 14th meters)
2. Bear left onto Road (on 651st meter)

3. Exit right onto ramp onto Carretera Interamericana (or PanAmerican Hwy) (on 2.4 km.)

4. Turn right onto Carretera Interamericana (or PanAmerican Hwy) (on 2.7 km.)

Keep driving by Carretera Interamericana (PanAmerican Hwy) for another 19 km.
Here in some point you have to pay a toll.

Keep left onto Ave Balboa (on 21.8 km.)

Keep driving on Ave Balboa another 3 km. but stay in left lane.
6. Keep left onto Ave de Los Martires (on 24.7 km)

Continue by Ave de Los Martires another 1.8 km.

Cross the Bridge Puente de las Americas over the canal and drive about another 13 km.

Follow PanAmerican Hwy and on 105th km turn left onto Via Hacia Nueva Gorgona
Driving directions from PanAmerican Hwy to condo “Gorgona Ocean Front
From the PanAmerican Hwy turn left on the first intersection in Nueva Gorgona (about 80km. from Panama City)
and follow Via Hacia Nueva Gorgona road. There is only one street following to Nueva Gorgona – a two way
asphalt road (not in the best shape). Go another 2.7 km. and you will come to Y intersection with lots of signs.
One of them “Gorgona Ocean Front” will point to the right.
Turn right to an unpaved road and go another 400m. and on your left you will see a new 8 storey condo called
“Gorgona Ocean Front”. GPS coordinates: N8 33.259 W79 52.122
