A spa area covering 4,000 sq.m. Inside there’s the Feuerberg sauna zone with
Tyrolean sweat room, brine steam bath, herb cabin, ladies’ sauna, Roman
bath-house and option to use Kneipp baths. Outside are the Feuerberg sauna
with rock pool and waterfall, Tyrolean hunters’ sauna, rock shower, fireplace
with reflex zone-meditation trail, 4 fantastic relaxation rooms, the SunWelly
spa bistro with “vitality” dishes, non-alcoholic drinks and a tea-bar. Your
wellness basket with bath-robe and slippers is there for you in your room.
A very varied breakfast and lunch buffet, afternoon snacks and torte buffet,
fruit and ice-cream coupes. Five-course set menu with choices in the evening,
themed dinners and buffets, sometimes dessert buffet. Calorie-reduced
“vitality” menus and vegetarian dishes available, also “food combining”.
Exercise
For the active sports enthusiast, there’s a modern fitness centre with help
and support provided by sports specialists, dojo and coaching room. Daily
exercise and relaxation programme with morning gymnastics session,
aerobics, spinal column gymnastics, Nordic walking, aqua-gymnastics, yoga,
qi gong, pilates, relaxation training and lots more.
Schwimming
Our 32,000 sq.m garden, which was awarded the state “Garten Eden” prize,
is not just home to a great selection of flora, but it is also the location for our
year-round, heated “garden pool”. You can do your regular swimming routine
in the indoor pool, but you may prefer to relax in the adjoining whirlpool.
Children also love the totally natural setting. They can paddle inside and out
amid the stunning Tyrolean mountain scenery.
