Electronic Payment System (EPS)
Crude Oil Transportation System (COTS)
Commissioned by the Government of Alberta, EPS is a web-based
PLISolution that enables government and public sector units to
electronically receive, organize, approve and automate payment of
over 50,000 large volume invoices each month. An estimated $33
million in billing invoices will be processed this year.
Commissioned by Petrotranz Inc., COTS is a secure, web-based
communication and collaboration platform that streamlines the
manual processes and documentation required in the transportation of crude oil from wellhead to market. Today 70+ industry
leading companies use it for a reliable, non-fax-dependant
forecasting process.
Project Knowledge Network (PKN)
Commissioned by Golder Associates, the PKN is a web-based
PLISolution that provides this global organization with the means
to develop and utilize a comprehensive repository of project
information, documentation and corporate expertise. Today the
PKN enables 4,000 Golder personnel to access data on over 240,000
projects, giving them the opportunity to share, search, and apply
acquired knowledge to new projects.
Government Tendering System (GTS)
Commissioned by the Government of Alberta, the GTS (branded
the Alberta Purchasing Connection/APC) is a web-based PLISolution that enables public sector organizations to generate, post, and
award procurement opportunities to the vendor community. Today
it is used by almost 1,600 purchasers across 700 government
departments and units, and processes in excess of $4 billion annually.
