Set in an old factory which has been designed and operated as winery, the unique
Villa Factory breathes with history, and it is with enormous excitement that we invite
you to experience it…
The property is located in the picturesque village of Pyrgos Kallistis –or simply Pyrgos
(literally ‘tower’)-, has a very sleek and minimal loft-style design, and has been restored with a deep understanding for its traditional Santorini architecture using the
old style of polished cement and eco-friendly materials. Elements of the factory have
been incorporated into the design, and a huge piece of machinery stands like a
magnificent sculpture as the centerpiece of one of the numerous living spaces.
The floors were painstakingly created by a local craftsman, who mixed colors and
cement to create the beautiful matte finish throughout. Santorini is famous for its organic Cycladic architecture, but it’s not every day you get to experience one like
this. You have to stay here – to live in it and breathe in it – to fully appreciate the
splendor of high ceilings and natural light.

Villa Factory is developed in two main levels and consists of four independent units:
Villa Katoy, a 141 m2 villa that can accommodate 6 guests and occupies the lowest level (Level 0), Villa Milos, a 92 m2 villa that can accommodate 4
guests , Villa Canava, a 86 m2 villa that can accommodate 4 guests and Villa Katikia, a 35 m2 villa that can accommodate 2 guests. The three last villas
form the upper level (Level 1)
Due to its layout, Villa Fabrica can be rented out in three ways. 1) KATOY only (sleeps 6) 2) MILOS, CANAVA and KATIKIA only (sleep 10) and 3) All four units
(Sleep 16)
