CLASS DESCRIPTION
CLASS INFORMATION
Body Combat | Combines powerhouse moves and
stance developed from a range of self-defence disciplines
including karate, kickboxing, tai-chi and tae kwondo.
ALL CLASSES MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCED
Body Pump | A non-impact resistance class & the fastest
way to tone your body, lose body fat and ultimately change
your body shape.
Circuits | A multi-station fitness class suitable for all
levels and abilities. Strength and endurance rolled into
one and lots of fun.
Core Conditioning | A 30 minute class designed to
improve core function and stability.
• Fitness levels: Ensure the classes you do are
suitable for your level of fitness – if you are in
any doubt, please check with the instructors
• Please ensure that you have adequate fluid intake
and a sweat towel with you.
• Time keeping: It is important that you arrive ontime
for classes. If you miss the warm up, pre-class
announcement or screening you will not be
permitted to join the class.
Total Conditioning | An early morning complete workout
to give you the body of your dreams.
• Please advise the instructor if you have any injuries,
illnesses or any special requirements before the
class starts.
Indoor Cycling | Come along and enjoy the ride of
your life. An exhilarating indoor cycling class that is
a guaranteed calorie burner.
• Non-marking trainers must be worn in all classes,
except yoga & Pilates.
Body Attack | A high-energy, high-intensity class that
is simple to follow and conditions upper & lower body
& improves cardiovascular fitness.
Pilates | Improves postural alignment and body
awareness, restores physical vitality and invigorates
the mind. It also helps to alleviate aches and pains,
enhancing overall well-being.
Yoga | A combination of breathing techniques, physical
postures and meditation that develop strength and
flexibility, improve the flow of energy and calm the mind.
Zumba | A fusion of Latin rhythms and easy to follow
dance moves combined to create a stylish, upbeat dance
class that will get you burning calories and having fun!
Street Dance | An energetic, inspiring dance class
for all levels where you will learn the latest hip-hop
dance moves.
CLASS TIMETABLE
• Cycle shoes: The indoor cycling bikes are fitted with
SPD compatible cleats for any member who wishes
to bring their own cycling shoes in.
Regrettably, members are not permitted to fit their
own pedals to the bikes.

Mon - Thurs: 6.30am - 10.00pm
Fri: 6.30am - 9.00pm
Sat: 8.00am - 7.00pm
Sun: 10.00am - 6.00pm

TENNIS COURT
• Must be booked in advance via club reception.
• Can be booked up to a week in advance.
• Booking fee of £8 per hour applies.
• Racket hire & coaching available.
PILATES
COMMENTS & FEEDBACK
• Induction session compulsory before attending classes.
• Induction fee is £35 for 1 hour.
• Experienced class requirements include:
- No injuries
- Minimum experience of 20 classes
If you have any feedback about any class, please come and
talk to a member of the Peak Fitness team or complete a
comment form located by the main reception doors.
KETTLERCISE
• Induction session compulsory before attending classes.
• Induction fee is £10.
