Perfect derinding results
The NOCK derinding machines persuade through their perfect
derinding results. They operate with an ingenious geometry of
the transport roller, blade holder, pressure device and infeed
conveyor belt. The blade holder mounting is spring suspended
so that the blade holder adjusts optimally to the thickness of the
rind (skin). The pressure roller is spring suspended in all models
and in most models it is also infinitely variable in height. This
way all pieces such as belly of pork, backs of pork, top
pieces of bacon, flat cuts, loins, hams and so on can be flawlessly derinded. Even freshly slaughtered meat can be easily processed. Bacon slabs can also be sliced.
The NOCK ACTIVE SKIN GRIPPER® (ASG) optionally available for
all industrial models offers further important advantages:
n Flawless first cut and perfect derinding also with very thin
skinning, hence less trimming
n Noticeable increase of yield and best rind quality
n Longer durability of pressure wheels, as less force is applied to
the product (softer pressure springs)
n Relief of the blade due to less contact with the rind
n Thus amortization of the extra cost within a short space of time

NOCK POWER PLATE®
The mechanically highly strained machine components such as
drive, transport roller, blade holder and pressure device are mounted in solid, 15 mm thick base plates, the NOCK POWER PLATES®,
which are located in the machine casing. Thousands of NOCK
machines have since 1990 proven this construction. In comparison
to the mounting of these parts in the casing like known from other
brands the NOCK construction has deciding advantages:
n Long lasting precision
The NOCK POWER PLATES® guarantee an excellent bearing
alignment and precise positioning of the machine parts.
And thereby a constant better function of the machine.
When the highly strained parts of a derinding
machine are positioned on the casing, sooner
or later it can come to deformation or crevices.
With a 15 mm thickness, the NOCK POWER
PLATES® are resistant to material fatigue.
This has been proven by thousands of NOCK
machines since 1990 in the hardest industrial
operation, even in several shift operation.
They make the NOCK derinders especially
sturdy and durable.

The NOCK EASY-FLOW® safety cover
The covers of the NOCK conveyor belt machines are constructed
similar to a tunnel:
All machine parts which could obstruct the flow of the product, for
example the mountings and handles of the blade holder, the mountings of the pressure device and of the conveyor belts, are located outside the tunnel-like safety cover.
The advantages:
n Reliable product flow (“easy flow”)
= higher processing safety
n Hardly any accumulation of surpluses on the mountings during
processing = better processing hygiene and faster cleaning
of the machine
A safety switch stops the machine, once the cover is opened.
A safety bolt hinders reliably that the opened safety cover does accidentally fall closed.
The NOCK EASY-FLOW® safety cover complies to the European safety standard EN 12355 und bears to the high occupational
safety of the NOCK derinders.

n The NOCK machines have not only a modern, but also a
hygienic design, which of course can comply with the latest
hygienic standards.
n Casing, conveyor frames, transport roller, blade holder and so
on are made of high quality stainless steel. The conveyor
belts and pressure wheels are made of approved food safe plastics.

possible that the machines can be designed with large smooth

This begins with the quality-orientated concept and construction of the NOCK derinding machines, comprising of the
manufacturing of all central components at the company-own
ultra-modern machine park, exclusively using premium base
materials and acquired parts, the collaboration with established
suppliers, diligent assembling and final inspection of the
NOCK machines. An experienced team of highly qualified and
motivated employees also contributes significantly to this high
quality standard. This results in modern, particularly reliable
and durable machines of continuous quality.
Conveyor belts, pressure roller, blade holder, infeed and output
tables can be removed and replaced for cleaning purposes from
the machine within seconds without any tools. Therefore soiled
parts are easily accessible. The scrapper comb can be tilted downwards, the transport roller can be turned by hand. The conveyor
belt frame can be folded back so that the inside of the belt can be
cleaned. The belts can also be easily removed from the frames
for thorough cleaning.
The machines can be optionally equipped with plastic modular belts.
NOCK can offer German high class workmanship to interesting
prices due to modular construction, modern production methods
and strict cost management. This is an important aspect considering the often tightly calculated investment budgets of meat
processing plants.

Derinding machines for automatic and open top operation
The conveyorised NOCK derinding machines for the small trade
can be operated, in addition to fully automatic conveyor belt
operation, as an open top (manual) machine, to derind for
example round pieces of ham. (Flat pieces must only be
processed in conveyor belt operation according to EN 12355.)
Besides this the machines are equipped with an in the height
adjustable foot switch bar and an infeed table. In comparison to
the industrial types, the slower speed setting simplifies the
processing on the open top machine.
The adjustment of the machine can take place
in seconds without any tools:
Open the NOCK EASY-FLOW® safety cover – remove pressure roller
and place it in the provided notch in the safety cover – remove
infeed conveyor belt – mount infeed table – done.
Space saving construction
The conveyor belt derinders for the small trade are constructed
particularly compact and with shorter conveyor belts, so that not
much storage place is required.

NOCK ACTIVE SKIN GRIPPER® (ASG)
How does the NOCK ACTIVE SKIN GRIPPER® (ASG) function?
The blade holder is opened slightly wider before it comes into
contact with the product. Consequently the incoming rind (skin)
can be easily grasped by the blade (active grip). Then immediately after the front edge of the rind passes the blade’s edge, the
blade holder closes pneumatically at lightning speed to the
adjusted derinding thickness. When derinding thicker pieces
(when more fat is to be removed) the ASG remains
switched off.

Bij het ontvliezen moet het vlies zo dun mogelijk zijn zodat het
hoogste rendement behaald wordt.
NOCK ontvliezers zijn op hoog niveau ontwikkelde precisiemachines waarmee het hoogste rendement bereikt wordt:
Tip : bij ontvliezen is de perfecte geometrische afstelling
van de messen, messenhouder en transportrollen beslissend.
Deze is enkel met originele NOCK TOP H vervangmessen
gegarandeerd. Andere messen zullen sneller slijten.

Snelle en lichte verwerking
De toepassing van de propere en functionele constructie zorgt
voor een snelle en lichte bediening, en ondersteunt de economische voordelen van de Nock ontvliesmachines:

Tip : ontvliesmachines kunnen niet gebruikt worden om
vlees te ontvetten. Vet heeft geen gebonden struktuur. Om
het ontvliesproces optimaal te laten verlopen moet bij het
ontbenen het vet verwijderd worden.

De zwaar belaste mechanische onderdelen die zich in de machine bevinden, zoals de aandrijving, transportrollen en messenhouder-lager worden gehouden door 15 mm dikke massieve
basisplaten.
Zodoende worden NOCK machines wereldwijd geplaatst en
succesvol verkocht.
In de druklucht-reinigingseenheid NOCK Air-Jet beweegt een
beschermde, erg betrouwbare pneumatiche cilinder.
Deze sinds 1990 aangewende constructie in de NOCK machine
garandeert o.a.

De lagers zitten stevig vast in de versterkte plaat, wat bij een

Snelle reiniging en optimale hygiëne
De Nock ontvliesmachine beantwoordt aan de modernste en
recentste voorschriften in verband met constructie en hygiëne.
Bij de uitvoering V 4744 en V 5744 Turbo :
Door het aanwenden van de POWER PLATES® kan NOCK de
machine bouwen met grote gladde en vlakke plaat waardoor
reiniging erg eenvoudig is en vooral zeer hygiënisch.
Messen snelwisselsysteem in optie.
blijft de messenhouder bij het reinigen in de machine
De machinebehuizing , de messenhouder, de transportrollen,
reiningingsrollen enz. zijn allen in voortreffelijk RvS.
Alle NOCK ontvliesmachines zijn op wielen en in hoogte
verstelbaar en zodoende gemakkelijk verplaatsbaar naar het
reinigingslokaal.
De transportrollen en reinigingsrollen zijn met de hand
verdraaibaar en hierdoor eenvoudig te reinigen.

The construction of the NOCK industrial press screw separator
The NOCK industrial press screw separator
is made up of the following components:
● resistant cast iron machine casing with inlet chamber
● infeed for the liquid which is to be separated
● outlet connection with square
flange for the filtered effluent
● fine slotted, robust screen cylinder
made of stainless steel
● double-thread press screw made of stainless
steel with precise fitting on the screen

The functional principle of the NOCK industrial press screw separator
The NOCK industrial dewatering press separates water from solids.
It operates continuously and automatically according to the press screw separator principle and separates thin and viscous
compounds.
The solid matter/ liquid compound is pumped from the inlet chamber by the press screw into the horizontal screen.
Some of the water flows due to the force of gravity through the screen. The press screw conveys the rest of the water with
solid particles (also smallest particles) into the press zone in the last section of the screen. Here a permanent regenerative,
compact solid matter is generated which is pressed out through the outlet of the machine and then can be easily filled into
containers. The separated fluid flows through the outlet underneath the machine. On the grounds of narrow tolerances
the inside of the screen is permanently kept clean.
When handling fatty or oily wastes, the machines can be optionally fitted with a cleaning system in the separator casing:
Hot water is injected in intervals of 15 to 20 minutes, to prevent congestion in the screen.

The ice machine range NOCK ECONOMY SE
portrays itself with an excellent price performance
ratio.
The NOCK ECONOMY SE as the well known range
NOCK NSH and NSH/SK has no parts with movable
seals prone to wear and therefore guarantee the
permanent tightness of the cooling circuit.

The machine operates with a vertical, stationary
freezing cylinder in which are jets mounted to
supply water. A hygienically critical water bath is
not necessary (no water tank with stagnant water).

Therefore this construction is even in view to the
hygiene of the ice superior to the other constructions that work with a horizontal cylinder rotating
a water bath.
The ice machine range NOCK ECONOMY SE
produces ice of excellent quality, with a thickness
of 2 - 3 mm and a temperature of approximately
- 8 ° C. The ice has an outstanding and quick
cooling performance. Is ideal for bowl cutters
and for many other applications.

The innovative principle of the NOCK NSH scale ice makers
The NOCK NSH scale ice makers differ
essentially in construction compared
with known rotating evaporators - and
therefore avoid such problems as
leakage of refrigerant and ice with
germs.
The NOCK NSH scale ice makers have
a horizontal, stationary freezing disc
(evaporator). The water is directly
brought onto the disc through a valve
and a rotating water distributor from the
fresh water supply and scraped off after
the freezing process.
Unlike other constructions, in the
NOCK NSH principle not the evaporator
(freezing cylinder) rotates, but the scraper. The refrigerant pipes are
tightly soldered on the stationary
NSH evaporator.
The NOCK scale ice making principle
does not have a water storage tank
(water bath). The fresh water is frozen
directly and leaves the machine in less
than one minute as ice.
This innovative principle has important benefits for the
operator:
No water storage tank in
which bacteria may arise!
The non existence of a water storage tank has the following
advantages:
n no arising of bacteria in the storage tank
n no mud sedimentation in the storage tank
n no regular cleaning of the storage tank necessary
(which is often neglected)
n no sanitization by UV light necessary
n no problems with remaining water after disconnecting
the machine

Perdurable tight
Because in the NOCK scale ice makers the evaporator is
stationary there are no mobile parts in the refrigerant circuit.
Therefore no rotating sealings are necessary which are very
prone to wearout and critical for leaks. In consequence there
is no risk of leak of refrigerant due to rotating sealings.

Tipp: The manifold solicited and expensive cleaning and
disinfection methods with UV-light or hydrogen peroxide
cannot solve the problem with the sedimentation of mud in
the water storage tank. Furthermore the disinfection of the
fresh water is not the best solution. Besides, any problems
with the fresh water supply in your production plant must
generally be solved.

The construction of the NOCK derinding,
membraning and cutting machines as
well as the fish and poultry skinning

The mechanically highly strained machine
components, such as drive, transport

Permanent precision
The NOCK POWER PLATES® have an absolutely
even surface. The notches and drilled holes for
bearings are inserted with high precision by
modern CNC machines. An ample material
thickness is available for threading, e.g. to
mount bearing rims. Welding that will cause
unavoidable material distortion is not necessary.
Consequently the NOCK POWER PLATES®
guarantee an excellent bearing alignment and
precise positioning of the machine components.

No material fatigue
Stainless steel is an essential material for foodstuff machinery. However, stainless steel is a
relatively „soft“ metal and is prone to material
fatigue when falsely applied.
With foodstuff machinery there is enormous
strain with numerous load alternations, which
must be accommodated for by the bearing
carrier. Even with several millimetres or with a
double up, stainless steel panels are no match
for this strain. Sooner or later material fatigue,
deformation and crevices will appear in industrial highly strained machines.
The 15 mm thick NOCK POWER PLATES® are
strangers to such an aftermath of long lasting
heavy labour. They never tire. They never
deform. They don’t get any crevices. This has

The NOCK EASY-FLOW®safety cover
The covers of the NOCK fish skinning conveyor belt machines
are constructed tunnel-like:
Quick and easy to clean: NOCK fish skinning machine after
removing conveyor belts, pressure roller and blade holder
All machine parts which could obstruct the flow of the product, e.g. the mountings and handles of the blade holder, the
mountings of the pressure device and of the conveyor belts,
are located outside the tunnel-like safety cover.
Conveyor belts, pressure roller, blade holder and output table
can be removed and replaced for cleaning purposes within
seconds without any tools. Therefore soiled parts are easily
accessible. The transport roller can be turned by hand. The
conveyor belt frames can be folded back so that the inside of
the belts can be cleaned. The conveyor belts can also be
easily removed from their frames for thorough cleaning. The
Freeze Drum Skinner TFE 350 has a special cleaning modus.

TIP: It depends on the geometry of the blade, the blade
holder and the transport roller in particular when thin
skinning fish. This geometry is only guaranteed with the
original NOCK TOP H blades.
The use of other blades can (even with identical measurements) cause higher losses, poor results and short blade
service life.

The CF-technology
The freeze drum technology
When processing with the freeze drum technology, the skin of
the fillet is sprayed with water and then freezes onto the
freeze drum. A rotating band blade separates the skin from
the fillet. A scraper removes the skin from the freeze drum.
This technology is particularly suitable for skinning soft
(e.g. thawed) fillets and for all fillets with soft (weak) skin.
The NOCK ACTIVE SKIN GRIPPER®
The automatic NOCK CBF machine models and the open top
NOCK CF fish skinning machines are equipped with a
transport roller with grooves (tooth roller). A scraper comb
cuts in the grooves of the tooth roller and keeps it clean
during operation.
The CF technology is most suitable especially to skin fish
with thick skin and offers advantages because of its universal
application for many fish species.
It is also suitable for fish with thin skin, but with less yield
when skinning with sharp blade or pulling-off the skin with
blunt blade (silver skinning).
The CF transport rollers are optionally available with coarser
or finer toothing.
The S-technology
The NOCK ACTIVE SKIN GRIPPER® hinders when thin skinning
salmon fillets with a sharp blade that sometimes a skin
residue remains on the tail end. For this the slightly opened
blade holder is pneumatically closed as soon as the first few
millimetres of the skin penetrate the blade holder.
Skinning methods
1. Thin skinning with sharp blade
When thin skinning (shallow skinning) with sharp blade,
the blade gap is closed so much that nearly no flesh remains
on the skin. The blade gap
can be adjusted infinitely and
sensitively with the lever
outside the machine, also
during operation.
The spring suspension of the
blade holder results in perfect
adjustment to various thick
skins. This suspension is
located in the machine casing.
2. Deep skinning with sharp blade
The automatic NOCK SB machine models and the open top
NOCK S fish skinning machines are equipped with a transport
roller with fine toothing, but without grooves and with a
counter rotating cleaning roller made of stainless steel.
The S technology is particularly suitable for fish species with
thin skin and achieves the best yield when thin skinning with
sharp blade and pulling-off the skin with blunt blade
(silver skinning). There are limitations when deep skinning
with open top machines as they lack of a transportation
support of a pressure roller. Depending on the kind of fish and
the consistency of the fillets it is not always possible to take
advantage of the maximum blade gap for deep skinning.
The S transport rollers are also available with coarser or finer
toothing.
An economical water cleaning unit supports the cleaning
function of the CF and S technologies and therefore guarantees an interference free continuous operation.
The water cleaning unit can be deactivated when processing
smoked fish.
When deep skinning with sharp blade, the blade holder is
opened so far so that a higher or less higher extent of the
bordering fat or flesh layer of the fish is removed with the
skin. The blade gap can be adjusted infinitely and sensitively
with the thickness adjusting lever, also during operation.
In doing this it is possible with some fish species to improve
the quality and the attainable fillet price so that the accepted
higher weight loss is then evened.
3. Pulling off the skin with blunt blade
When pulling-off, the skin is divided from the fillet with the
blunt edge of the blade, so that the silver layer stays on the
fillet (“silver skinning”). Here the blade is placed in the
blade holder with the blunt edge facing forwards and the
blade holder is completely closed (“tightened”).
So compared to the thin skinning with a sharp blade, the
yield can be further increased and the desired appearance of
the fillets with silver layer is achieved for some fish species.

Better and more economical than a common derinder!
Due to a lack of information a derinding machine is often falsely
applied to cut Doner or Gyros meat slices. However this is a
makeshift solution as the meat is highly strained and a good cut
quality will not be attained.
Indeed the NOCK Doner and Gyros cutting machines are
technically similar to the derinders. However they have been
especially further developed to cut meat slices.
Important differences in comparison to the NOCK derinders
are for example:

The NOCK Integrated Product Return System®
Fast return of investment
The NOCK Integrated Product Return System® is an optional equipment for the NOCK Doner and Gyros cutting machines, which makes
the production of Doner and Gyros meat slices faster and even more economical.
The function:
The operator places the meat on the infeed conveyor belt. The meat
moves through the machine and the first slice is cut. The remaining
piece comes automatically back and lands on top of the small
surface above the infeed conveyor belt. The returned piece is then
reapplied to the infeed conveyor belt. This process can be repeated
until there is no remaining piece to be cut. Generally it is possible
to process two large or up to four small pieces simultaneously.
The benefits:
■ no second operator required to retrieve the remaining
pieces = saves costs
■ the operator must not interrupt the processing to retrieve the
remaining pieces = larger production amounts per hour
■ prevention of backache for the operator

The NOCK Doner and Gyros cutting machines have not only a
modern, but also a hygienic design, which certainly complies

The machine casing, conveyor belt frame, transport roller, blade
holder etc. are made of high quality stainless steel.
The conveyor belts and pressure rollers are made of approved
food-grade plastics.
Due to the NOCK POWER PLATES® it is possible to construct the
casings of the machines with large smooth surfaces which are
particularly hygienic and easy to clean.
The tunnel-like constructed NOCK EASY-FLOW® safety cover
and the corresponding cover of the NOCK Integrated Product
Return System® prevent to a large extent the build-up of product
surpluses on the mountings of the blade holder and pressure
unit during processing.
All NOCK cutting machines are equipped with lockable steering
castors. This eases transportation to the cleaning area.
The mechanically highly strained machine components such as
drive, transport roller, blade holder and pressure device are
mounted in solid, 15 mm thick base plates, the NOCK POWER
PLATES®, which are located in the machine casing. In comparison to the mounting of these parts directly onto the casing, this
construction has proven itself since 1990 in thousands of NOCK
machines and has the following deciding advantages:
Conveyor belts, pressure roller, blade holder and output slide
sheet can be removed and replaced for cleaning purposes within
seconds without any tools. Therefore soiled parts are easily
accessible. The transport roller can be turned by hand. The conveyor belt frames can be folded back so that the inside of the
belts can be cleaned. The conveyor belts can also be easily
removed from their frames for thorough cleaning.

When the highly strained parts of a machine are positioned

n The NOCK Cortex CB SLICER work with a blade shaft
upon which circular blades are mounted.

The principle
The NOCK Cortex CB SLICERs operate with a
blade shaft with circular blades. The circular
blades dip in the grooves of the counterroller (intersection roller) which guarantees
an excellent intersection of products even
with skin or tendons. The product is cut
simultaneously and vertically to the
transport direction. The NOCK SLICERs are
continuously fed with an infeed conveyor
belt.
Various operational fields
The NOCK circular blade cutting machines Cortex CB SLICER are
the economic solution when huge quantities of non frozen and
boneless products need to be cut into slices or strips with high
cutting quality in a short while.
Tip:
NOCK offers special cutting machines to produce Doner or
Gyros slices of meat!

The NOCK SLICERs do not achieve weight accuracy of the single
slices but they are efficiently applied for the production of accurate
weight of self service packages with several slices e.g. steaks.
Diagonal cuts 45° or other angles can be achieved by placing the
product diagonally on the infeed belt.
Tip:
The circular blade cutting principle guarantees a standardized
thickness of slices and even slices as the product is not pressed
into boxes contrary to its structure.

Particularly smooth cut
The circular blade cutting principle, the fully developed cutting
configuration and proven speed ratios between blade shaft,
counter-roller and infeed conveyor belt ensure a gentle infeed of
the product and a fine, even and particularly smooth cut.
The product will not be pressed and not be strained by oscillating
blades or guillotine knives which operate at high speed, as this is
the case with other cutting methods.
Previous frosting of the product is not necessary to achieve good
cutting results with the NOCK SLICERs. This saves energy costs
and time. However if the product should be frosted for other
reasons it is still no problem to cut it as long as it is not frozen
hard.

The infeed conveyor belt of the NOCK SLICER has a continuous
speed of 18 m/min, i.e. the operator can load the belt every
minute with 18 m of product to be cut = more than 1 km per hour.
Practical example for CB 495/5K SLICER:
Pieces of pork neck with an average length (placed crosswise) of
20 cm, placed with a distance of 15 cm = 50 pieces per minute =
3000 pieces per hour. With an average weight of 2.5 kg per piece,
7.5 tons can be processed per hour.
With the huge capacity of a NOCK SLICER there will be no more
bottlenecks when processing. Only use expensive, relatively slow
and meat straining cutting machines for defined weight if it is
really necessary. With an additional NOCK circular blade cutting
machine you gain more flexibility and expeditious profit.
Distances of blades
The minimum distance of blades is 6 - 8 mm, depending on the
product. This distance can be changed in multiple to the basic grid
of the transport roller, e.g. 8 – 16 – 24 – 32 – 40 mm etc. Common
basic grids are 6 – 7 – 8 – 9 – 10 – 11 mm. The blade shaft can be
easily changed with the provided lift-out-device in a few minutes.
Tip:
With blade distances less than 10 mm, the thickness of the
slices may be up to 2 mm less than the blade distance itself,
depending on the product.
Cubes e.g. from poultry breast can be cut in a second operation or
with two machines standing at a 90° angle. The meat passes automatically onto the second machine and needs no second operator.
Very easy and quick to clean
The NOCK SLICERs are very quick and easy to clean:
Machines are equipped with lockable castor rollers and can be
easily transported to a cleaning area by one person.
The conveyor belts can be removed from the machine within
seconds without any tools. The conveyor belt frames can be
folded back so that the belts can easily be removed from the
frames.
The complete inside of the machine can be then cleaned with
water from the front and back.

Highest attainable yield
As with every processing procedure, the enhancement of the
product when membraning must exceed the emerging costs.
When the membrane is removed from a product, the highest
possible yield, that means a minimum loss of expensive meat,
is crucial.
The NOCK membrane skinning machines are highly developed,
robust high precision machines with a yield which is not gradable
with technical means:
Tip: For membrane skinning an optimum adjustment
of the blade geometry, blade holder and transport roller is
essential. This is only guaranteed when processing with
original NOCK TOP H blades. Other blades (even with
nominal corresponding measurements) can cause clearly
higher losses.
The transport roller (blade roller without grooves) is made of high
quality, low-wear stainless steel.
The blade holder is a robust precision component; the
models Vliesex V 4744 and V 5744 TURBO are equipped with
a reinforced version.
The blade holder is spring suspended, so that it adapts
automatically to the thickness of the membrane.
A fine adjustment of the blade holder (only with Vliesex V 460N
and V 560N) for products with a thick membrane (e.g. beef,
lamb).
The blade holder, transport roller and cleaning roller are mounted
in the 15 mm thick NOCK POWER PLATES®. These plates can be
much more exactly manufactured as in comparision to the conventional mountings of the components in the machine casing.
The blade position cannot be manipulated by the operator once
it is set in an optimized horizontal position.
The result: The NOCK membrane skinning machines remove only
the bare membrane. More yield = less cuts cannot be attained.
Of course, when membrane free meat comes into contact with
the blade, meat will then be removed instead of any membrane.
It depends on the operator and the cut of the meat before membraning.

Quick and easy processing
A row of important construction features allow quick and
easy processing and support the economic efficiency of the
NOCK membrane skinning machines:
High / very high cutting speeds
Tip:
Membrane skinning machines are not suitable to
remove the fat from products, as fat does not have a firm
structure. To speed up the membraning process it is recommendable to remove the fat when cutting the meat.
The dynamic (counter rotating) cleaning roller and the silent
NOCK Air Jet cleaning system (compressed air cleaning)
keep the transport roller constantly clean. Thereby reliable
gripping and quick and easy processing are guaranteed.

Boxes for cut pieces can be placed under the machine from

The mechanically highly strained machine parts such as drive,
transport roller and blade holder are mounted on the solid,
15 mm thick base plates, the NOCK POWER PLATES®. These
plates are located in the machine casing.
This construction of the NOCK machines, which is proven since

Every service technician can easily understand the clear and
low-service construction of the NOCK machines. A specialist
is not required for servicing. Therefore the NOCK machines are

An enclosed, reliable pneumatic cylinder is installed to move
the oscillating jet bar in the NOCK Air Jet cleaning system.

The NOCK POWER PLATES® guarantee an excellent bearing
alignment and constant precise positioning of the machine
parts. This is not attainable with the conventional mounting
of these components directly onto the machine casing.
No material fatigue
The NOCK POWER PLATES® are with their 15 mm thickness
resistant to material fatigue. They make the NOCK membrane
skinning machines enormously robust and durable and
particularly suitable for several shift industrial continuous
operation with intensive machine use.

All parts are easily accessible when the side cover
is removed.

The NOCK membrane skinning machines have not only a
modern, but also hygienic design, which naturally complies to
the latest hygienic regulations.
