Conrad Rensburg graduated from Pretoria Tech
under full scholarship with a four-year Baccalaureate
Degree in Dental Technology. He has specialized
dental implant restorations since 1993. As a CE accredited speaker
since 2002 for several US dental implant companies, Mr. Rensburg
has been the keynote speaker at special events across the US. His
meetings focus on keeping restorative dentists up to date with the
ever changing protocols associated with restoring today’s implant
systems. He focuses on CAD implant design protocols and the

Drew Van Aarde studied Dental Technology
at Pretoria Tech in South Africa from 1989
to 1992, where he earned a Baccalaureate
Degree in Dental Technology. He has been restoring
quality dental ceramics since then and has specialized in restoring
a large and complex oral rehabilitation cases. As Head of Dental
Ceramics, Drew’s vast experience with anterior ceramics brings
a level of expertise to the Absolute Team that is unrivaled in the area
and industry.

Jasper Maritz completed his formal education
in 1984, and received a four-year Baccalaureate
Equivalence Degree in Dental Technology. He
was awarded the prestigious Ceramist of the
Year award issued by Nova Dental S.A., and was
awarded a full scholarship for his outstanding abilities. During his
years with HT Dental he was involved with numerous pre-market
design and testing of dental restorative platforms. With more than
thirty years of dental technology and ceramic experience, Jasper is a
renowned anterior ceramic specialist and highly commended by
prominent restorative dentists worldwide.

Executive Lab Manager – Senior Ceramist
Marko Knezevic graduated in 2000 with a
Bachelor’s degree in Dental Ceramics and
Technology from Kragujevac, Serbia. In addition
to his degree, Marko earned several certificates in
dental technology and to further his qualification,
attended the Military Medical Academy in Belgrade where he
specialized in Dental Ceramics. He advanced his career by owning
Viva Dent prosthetics, working with top Serbian clinicians he became
known for his exceptional ability to create lifelike anterior esthetics.
After relocating to the US in 2004, he created strong associations with
both high end labs and clinicians along the East coast. He joined the
Absolute Esthetic Team in 2012 and was subsequently promoted to
Executive Lab Manager in charge of dental ceramics.

In 1999, Drew and I relocated to the United states and accepted
employment with Absolute

Dental. We subsequently purchased
the company in 2004 and vowed, if we were to continue with the
Absolute name we would rebuild the company and have it stand
for one thing, unquestioned integrity.
In August 2006, Jasper Maritz, a renowned ceramist, joined our
team and as partner, in 2010, started Absolute Wilmington. As
leaders of Absolute, we bring a combined 130 years of technical
and ceramic experience to our company. With continual training
and guidance from us, we share our knowledge and expertise
with our team! We hire only highly experienced, creative
