FREE ADS FOR CLUBS
FOR THE MID-YEAR! FREE ELECTRONIC
ADVERTISING FOR
CLUBS!!!
We’re trying something new – clubs will NOT
pay to submit an ad for the Mid-Year
Conference. There will be a program book but
it will be made up of business ads. Please check out the
ad form at the end of The BUZZ! and get businesses
that you know to advertise for the Mid-Year.
This way we can keep the ads for the clubs
FREE – saving your club’s hard earned
administrative money. We can only do this
if you help us get business ads.
FREE Electronic Ads for the clubs! Each club can
submit two ads – if you are supporting someone running
for an office, recognizing a member, or advertising an
upcoming event for your club – make an ad and then
email the ads to Lion Brian Woloshin at
lionbrianw@gmail.com Send each ad in jpg or pdf
format. Lion Brian will put together an electronic
presentation that will run continuously throughout the
day but not during the leadership sessions.
institute. I know of EIGHT Lions from 21-B who have
already signed up. If you decide to go, please let me
know as I’d love for a whole bunch of 21-B Lions attend
this institute. If you are interested, fill out the application
at the end of this document and mail it in with the
registration fee. Why not start out 2016 by sharpening
your knowledge of Lions!

would you scan them; include a small bit of info about
who and what the photos are of; then email them to me?

Top Golf – Gilbert
This private event on the entire top floor at the brand new Gilbert facility can handle over 200
people and is dedicated for fun, fellowship and to help a worthwhile community program. Our
primary focus is to raise funds to replace the aging mobile eye unit, which is becoming a danger
on the road. We seek golfers, duffers, family and friends to have a great time!
Golfers and Duffers ($100/player):
Anybody can play (at any skill level) as an individual or teams (6 players/booth) to compete for
prizes and bragging rights! Enjoy three rounds of a Top Golf scramble, compete for best
individual/team scores, nearest to the pin, beat the pro and more
Family and friends ($50/person):
Cheer your favorite golfers, catch up with your friends, enjoy the all you can eat buffet, free
drinks, live music by KAB (kabtheband.com), bid on the silent auction and raffles.
We thank all AOS members who have volunteered their time staffing clinics on the Arizona Lions
Medical Eye Unit trailer and Greg King, AMEU Director. We thank all donors, large or small, for
joining us at this charity event.
