Hopefully the cold winter weather is behind us and spring is finally here. The Humane Society of Citrus County is planning a spring yard sale for the benefit of the homeless pets who are currently in our care and to enable us to rescue more pets in need. For many of us the wonderful warm weather is a sign that it is time to do the spring cleaning. If you are one of those energetic people and you happen to find any good usable items (no clothing please) you would like to donate them for our upcoming sale, please bring them to our shelter Tuesday through Friday between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. We will be having our sale on April 8th and 9th (Friday and Saturday). I know that sounds like a long way off, but it will be here before we know it. Our shelter location is 751 S Smith Ave. in Inverness. If you need to schedule another time to bring your items in please call 341-2222 or call Karron at 560-0051 and we will make an ap po i n tme n t for another time. WAYS YOU CAN HELP!
